Cosy Apartment on Quiet Street in Unley

There is an open plan Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area to relax in. There is a generous sized bedroom, with ample storage, sunlit by day with a luxurious King Sized bed to sleep in. The lounge has a sofa which becomes a comfortable double bed should you need it. This apartment has everything you need for your stay. Netflix on tap. The place is yours for the duration of your stay. There are shared parking spaces on the property but I will provide a parking permit for street parking. There is a lockbox beside the front door - you are free to come and go as you please. You can always contact me with any query that you may have. The code to the lockbox will be issued to you prior to your arrival. Unley is a sought-after neighbourhood populated with boutique shops, indie coffee shops, and modern, Australian eateries. Cool Unley Road and King William Road in Hyde Park are within walking distance while the city is 5 minutes away by car. Walking, Riding, Tram or Bus. Everything is easy here in Unley. Have a great stay!

My Airbnb was built in 2019. This is an architect designed eco home with lots of light and air. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen dining lounge area is upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a big city skyline view. There is a full set of kitchen appliances. 51SQ Eco Home (51 square metres) is close to all city attractions including the Central Market, Adelaide Oval and tram. 51SQ is also a great place for work or leisure.
