This unit is available all year round & is great for the fisherman or someone wanting to get away from the city. You are close to the ATV, hiking, & the Mickelson Trails. The loft has electric heat and portable AC. There are 18 steps to get to the loft, for two people. Not kid proof. No pets accepted.
