House has surfboards and boogie boards that guests may use in the water. House also has beach toys and beach umbrella for use. 6 beach badges are included when renting the house. Tennis and basketball courts within walking distance. Summer weeks are 5,300 Saturday to Saturday, not including Airbnb fees.
