This is a beautiful flat in a great location with stunning sea views. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of great places to eat a short walk away from the property and beautiful coastal walks.

Honestly, this place blew us away. It looked nice in the photos, but in person it's even better. Super clean, really well put together, and just had a great feel overall. Kate was quick to respond and super helpful, even with our last-minute booking. Such good value too. We'll 100% be back

Very clean & comfortable accommodation. Tea, coffee & milk provided. And the chocolate biscuits were very welcome too. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We absolutely loved staying at Tatiana’s penthouse, it was stunning inside and out, the photos of the penthouse are beautiful but honestly it’s even more beautiful in real life. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. It was the perfect place to be to celebrate my 40th Birthday. And Tatiana was an amazing host, thank you again for a lovely stay.

Yvette’s property is situated in a beautiful area of Horsham with excellent routes into London. The property was spacious and well looked after. Yvette was very accommodating and proactive with communications. Highly recommend for your future London visits.

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

Claire’s house was beautiful. We spent a lovely weekend out in the country side with our group of friends and the house accommodated us perfectly. The place is lovely, the garden stunning and the surrounding area very calm and peaceful. Our hosts Claire amd Monty were lovely, super proactive to send us itineraries and recommendations. Once we arrived they were also super helpful to help us navigate the house. Would highly recommend!!! Perfect for larger groups, the house has everything you need.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Comfortable and peaceful surroundings the house is very nice and I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Brighton. Hosts are always there to help.

Lovely clean spotless partment well equipped with everything you could possibly need. So accommodating with fresh food and drinks which we did not expect. Gorgeous views from both windows Marina and hills. Very welcoming host showed us around the apartment on arrival. Easy walking distance to Marina and beach. Lovely , calm quiet flat in the heart of vibrant Hove . 5 mins to the seafront . You can park outside for 2 hours using pay-by phone app to unload everything. I then drove to Norton Road Carpark which is council owned. This costs £10.50 for 12 hours 8am-8pm and free overnight . So I simply topped up using the app every morning just before 8 am . 3 days parking cost me £31.50 . Simples. There’s always space . Sarah was very responsive and Uber nice as was her partner . Had a chat with her neighbour and exchanged tips on well-being . Giggling Squid is a really nice Thai restaurant near by . Highly recommend . I spent my days on the beach and chilled in the evening in Sarah’s vibrant flat . Didn’t want to leave ! Thanks Sarah , Davey and of course not forgetting Lisa 😊

Great place, beautiful decoration clean throughout and felt right at home. Sarah left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and breakfast for the morning plenty of condiments butter, jams etc. However my only slight reservation are the pictures of the air b&b I thought we would be on the sea front. Instead it is a short yet simple walk down to the beach.

Very comfortable stay, close to restaurants , and attractions . Easy to stroll along the beach to Brighton and bus was only two stops away . We were visiting friends and my daughter goes to university here and we really had everything on our doorstep . Fiona was very responsive and we even had a lovely bowl and bed and some toys for our little cavapoo (I think she had the best two days of her life here !! 🤣) Was handy to have parking for one car too . Highly recommend location .

Great location. You can't get more central to Chichester The most perfect view of the cathedral. The kitchen was stocked with milk, tea and coffee. The parking was a 5 minute short walk away - you can drop off your luggage via the loading bay - this was hard to find at night [clearer direction helpful have been helpful].
