The bedroom has a queen size bed and the sofa has a memory foam queen size pull out bed. We’ve added a desk in the dining room and a cute coffee bar in the kitchen. You can enjoy the enclosed front porch while relaxing in the rocking chairs. We have a full size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen .

This home is situated on the river, offering a private setting with quick access to other amenities. It’s only 5 miles to I70, 3 miles to Indiana State University, 7 miles to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and 6 miles to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. It’s also just half a mile away from The Landing. The home features a full kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. NEWLY RENOVATED!! This property is all new but we’re experienced hosts with great reviews and hospitality in mind. This studio is the size of a hotel room- but costs less. We are located just off of I-70 near shopping and restaurants. Although we don’t have a full size range, we have a microwave with an air fryer and convection oven feature. We also have a two burner cook top with everything you need to make the kitchen fully functional.
