The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil location. The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings, Sky TV and a sound system. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. To ensure a peaceful experience, we suggest enjoying up to 2 hours of soaking time - perfect for unwinding in comfort and privacy 🥂🍾

The Stables at The Forge is right on the South Downs Way, in Pyecombe village, in the South Downs National Park, 15 minutes from the vibrant city of Brighton. It is a self-contained cosy one bedroom apartment with a super king bed or two singles, a double sofa bed in the lounge / dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, storage, wood burner and secure off street parking. Sleeps up to four guests - perfect for walkers, cyclists, Pangdean guests, vineyards, Hickstead and city visitors.

Our cosy container is a beautiful sun trap, attached to our family racing yard. You’re in the perfect location for business or pleasure. footpaths a short walk away. The bottom of the downs a five minute drive and a handful of pubs all within a 5mile radius. Plumpton station a 2 minute drive you can be in London within the hour.

At the foot of Ditchling Beacon, this unique yurt-style cabin sits within South Downs View Glamping, a countryside retreat featuring just our yurt and shepherd's hut with breathtaking views. With a king-size bed, living area, heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, cooking facilities, and private bathroom, it has everything. Ditchling village is just a 5-minute walk away, while Brighton is only 20 minutes away. Ditchling Wild Sauna is also located on site (booked separately). Dogs and horses welcome.

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Welcome to Little Strollings, set in Plumpton Green, a quiet Sussex village, the perfect base to explore the South Downs Way, Brighton, the market town of Lewes, the numerous beaches, stunning country-side and great local pubs! This beautiful, newly renovated, studio barn is a perfect break for couples, families, walkers, cyclists and runners alike. Mainline station with direct trains to Gatwick and London Victoria. DOGS are only allowed if booked in, at a charge of £15 per stay.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.
