This comfy double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet as well as air-conditioning and tea making facilities. These rooms also have smart TV installed, LED mirrors in the bathrooms and powerful energy efficient showers. We serve both continental and cooked breakfast each morning between 8am and 10am. Drinks and pizza are also available throughout the day.

With this room you have your own kitchen, Do bring your own food/drink as you have a lovely big table, fridge freezer and wine fridge. You have all pots/pans/cutlery and plates etc to prepare a nice meal. Please ensure you remove your rubbish into the large bins out the front of the building. When you vacate, please ensure you leave the kitchen as found clearing your dishes. The kitchen is strickly out of use from 9pm - 8am. As guests in the room below and fire safety regulations.
