Annexe with Sea View, Private Entrance & Parking

This bijou annexe is cute, quirky and has everything you need for a visit to the Creative Folkestone Music Town. With its own private entrance the annexe has a lower small double bed and an upper small cabin double bed which is great for little people.  The en suite bathroom has a shower, wc and basin and you will have clean towels and toiletries.  The sun room is a little gem of a place to sit and soak up the views of The English Channel and on clear days you can see France. Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

The property consists of 1 King Bedroom and 1 very small box bedroom with bunk beds, Open plan kitchen and living area, Shower room and Patio garden area. The property is based at the rear of the main house and access is via a gravel path.

We are in the heart of rural Kent but with easy access to Canterbury, Dover and Folkestone. As well as a plethora of walks and cycle trails on the doorstep, Badgers’ Hollow is set in its own quarter acre sunken garden, with outdoor games, furniture and a firepit for outdoor dining! It's a great place for a tranquil break while offering plenty of places of interest to explore. Pets are welcome.
