Great cottage, even in winter we loved the views. It was impeccably cleaned and smelled like fresh laundry and soap when we arrived. Very comfortable bed and couch. Sarah and Jon were very friendly and helpful. Great walks/hikes straight from the cottage.

Everything was perfect for my colleagues stay! Check in was easy and we had no issues. Would happily stay again!

This was an amazing property. It was very peaceful and beautiful! It was close enough to London driving but still in the countryside where it was relaxing and away from the busyiness. I would recommend this property to others!

Had a lovely stay. The cottage is very hidden away and private. It is also very spacious for a one bedroom. Everything we needed was included. The garden and fountain is beautiful and was safe for my dogs. Good local walks. Good range of shops nearby. Host was around if any issues but I didn't have any!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, Abi’s place really is a home from home. Everything is super comfortable and her house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s walkable to Cobham high street which is perfect and it has plenty of lovely walks close by. Abi is also a wonderful and friendly host, very responsible and was flexible with check out time which made all the difference as we were staying with our young daughter. Could not recommend Abi’s home enough. Thank you Abi for a lovely stay x

Lovely little cottage very close to all necessary amenities and also nearby to lovely countryside and easy access to Wisley and so on.

We spent a fantastic week at Emily and George’s place. The location is close enough to great transport links so you are not far from anything, but at the same time a private relaxing and beautiful home.

We Had a lovely stay at the cottage, which was exactly as nice AS the photos!! Public transportation via Hayes to London Terminals was very easy with ample parking spaces at the train Station( at least in august). Travel time about 40 minutes. Darwins House very near by car. The kitchen was very Clean and nice, only the dining Table was very small for 3 people, even for breakfast. For Dinner IT was a little too small. Thank you for a wonderful stay in the greater London Area!

We had a wonderful stay at the Gingerbread House! The place was spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly comfortable – a perfect base to get ready for my wedding & return to the night of! One of the highlights was waking up to see deer just outside by the trees, which was amazing. Jo was a fantastic host – friendly, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Lee's for four months while my husband was shooting a movie at the nearby bovingdon airfield. This is the perfect location in terms of proximity to the studio. The place is very clean, quiet and peaceful. There are footpaths at the end of the driveway to a sprawling forest, ending at the common where there's a nice pub. You'll need a car here to reach most things, but this was expected in the countryside. The shower is a little small for tall people (my husband), but otherwise the place is wonderful and has absolutely everything you need. Lee even had the place cleaned once a week, included in the fee. A great option for filmmakers who don't mind being in the country.

The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to a stunning park and all the essentials. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host—warm, incredibly friendly, and always quick to respond. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. A perfect getaway—I’d return in a heartbeat!

Truly a unique house in an amazing setting - a view of the tides on the Thames! A home 400 years old, with quirky steep staircases and full of charm! The views and people-watching opportunities were amazing, and it was so close to the Underground that we could go anywhere in London easily. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and had convenience stores a few minutes away. Our host responded immediately to questions, and provided everything we needed to feel at home. There were also many recommendations for eating out and visiting nearby attractions. The only drawback for us was a nearby pub that kept later hours than ours on the weekend, but the bedroom downstairs was always very quiet. For an immersive experience of living in England you would get nowhere else, this is the perfect place to stay. We loved it.

The accommodation was beautiful. Just liked the photos and description, with beautiful decor and features. It was comfortable and clean. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Aideen was very helpful and friendly providing detailed information about her home, check and local area. Had a lovely stay.

Staying here was being like a guest in someone’s home, without having to share bathrooms! It’s lovely and cosy, clean and modern, with lovely touches, like food in the fridge and cupboards and toiletries in the bathroom. Will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in the area, thanks Kaon

We had a great stay during our wedding weekend. we picked the place as it was close to the venue and it was perfect, with easy access and very quiet and peaceful! Everything you need for a short stay, lovely kitchen and living space and comfortable bedrooms.
