Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). It's a short, walk into town, offering shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, theatre, supermarkets, beach & the 'Old Village & Chine'. The Cabin offers a bijou studio style layout, with a standard size double bed, well equipped kitchenette, TV, WiFi, fridge/freezer, en-suite shower & terrace with gas BBQ.

Located on the outskirts of the seaside resorts Sandown and Shanklin and within walking distance of beautiful countryside and woodland. Alvestone nature reserve and squirrel hide is also within walking distance.

Foodies Heaven

A light and airy wooden chalet accessed by a path through a fully fenced orchard with seating and a fire pit ideal for catching the last of the evening sun. Dogs are welcome and can be walked within the 8 acres of farmland which extends to the Eastern River Yar and includes a wildlife pond. The chalet is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a Red Squirrel. 5 Pygmy goats in Sue’s garden next door are sure to amuse you.
