Alpaca Farm Retreat: Located in the Mid Willamette Valley is an charming Alpaca Farm getaway. The apartment has its own private entrance, king size bed, kitchenette, and a patio to view the colorful sunsets. Enjoy all the adventures and amenities the Willamette Valley has to offer. Great for the business traveler with a place to work. Looking for a lovely romantic getaway or a staycation, Swing in the hammock chairs, hand feed the alpacas or help us walk the alpacas around the property.

I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 30 years. Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

We are 7 minutes from the Nike Headquarters, 2 minutes from Columbia Sportswear Headquarters, and 15 minutes from Intel, making it a perfect stay for your business needs. We are within walking distance to a grocery store, pubs, small restaurants, and the Saturday Cedar Mill Farmers Market. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

Perfect for couples or families, amenities include modern convenience (dishwasher, wifi, roku) as well as the classics: sticks and stars and trails and trees.

Keep it simple at this cute and cozy home in historic College Hill. Located between OSU campus and the edge of town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the center of campus or the coffee shops and restaurants on Monroe Ave. Stroll the other way through OSU agricultural fields to the Irish Bend covered bridge or climb Bald Hill for beautiful views of the coast range. Here for a football game? It's only a 15 minute walk to Reser Stadium.

The cute out house is just down the path and the cedar hot tub/ outdoor shower is next to the garden.
