Located on 2.5 acres with Hazelnut orchards on one side and a view across the street of vineyards. In the country, yet close enough to small towns, and 35 miles from downtown Portland. If wine tasting is on your agenda, this is the place for you!

Bicycles available- wonderful park /river path nearby. Cottage not suitable for kids under 12 or pets. Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country the 1100 SqFt private unit provides a unique opportunity to experience the north west. We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. We also offer a wood fired pizza making experience (see below for details). All of this while experiencing rural Oregon. We are on 6 acres with only a few neighbors.

The Cottage is located at the end of Park St in a serene country setting, walkable (0.5 m) to Carlton shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, community pool, parks and more. Owner operated. The cottage has 2 master suites, a full kitchen, a large living room with cable TV, internet, books and games and a private back yard. The cottage shares a wall with our private home. There is NO washer/dryer. There is off-street parking. The cottage is ideal for couples or families staying in the area.
