Adam and Baely's place is fantastic! The house is spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials and amenities you could need. It was easy to find and conveniently located just a short drive from Talkeetna. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Sabrena’s place was perfect for exploring the area, being central to activities north and south. Palmer is a cute town with friendly people and lots of good places to eat. Parking and Airbnb access were easy and the place was clean and safe. I didn’t meet Sabrena in person, but all communication was clear and timely.

The view of Denali was worth the price alone. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was nice as well.

This was a perfect get-away spot for our family of four. It’s a comfortable, well appointed place to stay, with quiet surroundings, all the amenities and not even five minutes to the grocery store. Scott was an excellent host, checking in on us when we arrived and responding quickly to messages. But the absolute best part was the lake!! Just steps away for swimming, paddle boating, kayaking & canoeing (all provided!) We saw ducks, loons, fish, and an otter. Big Lake Rentals is only a few minutes away, where you can rent jet skis and pontoon boats. We began our days with coffee on the patio, admiring the view and ended our days with s’mores around the fire pit…still admiring the view. Even our hard to please teenagers had a blast, and the whole family is making plans to return. We cannot recommend the place highly enough!!

Tranquil location! Cozy atmosphere! Soft beds! This place has it all! Will mark this as a favorite spot.

Got there early so went by to make sure we k ew where it was at. Kathy was just finishing up cleaning around the outside and let us go ahead and check in. She took pictures of us in front of the river with Denali in the background. It was a beautiful clear day so she recommended we see if we could get a flight with K2 aviation and tour Denali park and the 3 peaks. It was awesome!! Very helpful!

5 stars! This was the perfect getaway. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The decor is impeccable, with every detail thoughtfully curated, creating a cozy and private space. The property has a quaint charm that made our stay feel special. I highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque retreat.

Wayne's place was great! Private and quiet. Knotty pine everywhere! Even a lake to go fishing. If your looking for that cabin feeling...this is it!

Loved our stay here!! Perfect weekend getaway, super cozy, beautiful place and view. It was fun showing up and exploring the place, and it all felt so new and polished.

Malina's place was awesome. Quiet and cozy, yet close to the Glenn Highway for convenient, fast travel to Anchorage and the surrounding areas. There is a gas station/convenience store, italian restaurant, and breakfast cafe within a 5 minute drive. The bed was comfortable, as was the reclining sofa. Everything you need for a cup of coffee was provided, which made mornings a breeze! Malina was very responsive to messages and provided clear instructions for entry, parking, etc. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Tina’s place is beautiful inside and out. She assisted us with our needs and we absolutely loved our stay.

It's a great place to stay. The backyard and lake are so beautiful. The host is very nice and provided guest boat and life jackets for us. We have stayed there for one month and have seen the color changes in Alaska. It's a great experience for us.

Third year in a row to stay here, it’s still wonderful. The cabin was immaculate and we had beautiful weather (saw Denali on three occasions)! Mama moose and calf stopped by several times, we have video of a moose swimming in the lake. My wife stayed as long as she could, then back to work at our local hospital. Donna and Randy showed their true colors by treating us like friends, not like clients. The Swimming Moose is a repurposed building, executed with quality furnishings at every turn, BY FAR the best place I have found in Talkeetna in the 20+ years I have been visiting. Nestled lakeside just off the spur road – peaceful, quiet, postcard picturesque, very comfortable, clean, well and tastefully appointed, with the most awesome hosts one could ever be blessed to find. It truly is a home away from home. Perhaps the true purpose of the Swimming Moose is to enrich lives with spacious beauty, serenity, thoughtful comfort and wonderful hosts who treat you like family. Awesome!

Our stay was so perfect. I’ve never seen a rental kitchen with so much to offer, from a crockpot, to chopsticks! They have thought of it all. It made our stay so much easier to have so many kitchen amenities available. The bed was very comfortable and we loved waking up to chickens wandering around the yard. Kaili has considered so much when putting this Airbnb together. Coloring books, games, and even a puzzle. If we ever need to stay in Wasilla again I hope her place is available.

Was as described and Jon provided great instructions to get in. Loved the google pin for the location. Locked gate, which was nice for privacy. Quiet and peaceful! Small but it had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would recommend! Great location for shopping in Wasilla and going to the state fair in Palmer.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights in Craig's cabin. The area is very quiet with very little traffic. The location is an easy drive to shopping and restaurants in either Palmer or Wasilla. The cabin is one of the cleanest and well stocked places I have stayed in. I found the bed to be comfortable. I look forward to staying again.

Shelley and Gary are the consummate hosts, exceedingly kind and attentive. The private wooded area is peaceful and the hot tub was a welcomingly calming experiene, just the perfect weekend getaway! It was a great peasure to be accommodated at the Willow Creek Oasis and I look forward to returning sometime!
