Great farmhouse…really enjoyed our stay here…they thought of everything…will be coming back :)

The home was very cute and clean! They provided everything you would need if you happen to forget something! I personally loved that they had kid toys/books and a pack n play! so thoughtful of them to provide delicious pastries! The only thing that I didn't realize was that there were no TVs. Not a make or break deal for me, but my parents like to watch some TV before bed. But it's clear in the pictures that there aren't tvs. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the ease of check in/out and the prompt communication!! we will plan to stay again!

Being at the farm was very peaceful and nostalgic for us. We loved sitting outside and enjoying all the sounds. The birds, frogs etc. I especially enjoyed the Kansas smell. It brought me right back home. We had a nice long stay so it was wonderful having a washer and dryer to use and of course being able to cook our own meals. Getting to pet the ponies was a nice added bonus. Thank you again! 😃

I stayed here before. I also stayed at one of Kim's other places. She showed me a new place as well. I appreciated the no cleaning charge. I sure hope people treat her places nice so she and her husband can keep offering the same. Good luck Kim!

Greta was a great host and went out of her to make sure I was comfortable even after I had checked in. If I’m to ever come back to Neodesha, I’m certainly checking in w/ Greta again!

This was officially my first AirBnB stay. One of co-workers has done it before. There were six of us union workers working out of town and this place was the closest to the job. $170/night split 6 ways was by far cheaper than a hotel, cleaner than a hotel, and made all of our per diems go further. Just the right size for the six of us guys. Very cozy place. I can see why hunters and fishermen like this place. The guys fished every night after work. The rest of us played games after cooking dinner together. The house is nicely stocked although we didn’t use anything. We brought our own stuff to use and cook. Has a beer fridge too! We had a couple but replaced it with a fresh 12pack for the next guests. Amy was great and answered my endless questions as I had never done this before. She was kind enough to let me stop by to put food in fridge before I headed to job site our first day there. Technically wasn’t check in time yet but she accommodated. If working near again we’ll stay again.

This is the perfect place to stay while in Fredonia. It’s clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and has everything you need for a stay. We appreciated Londa’s responsiveness and hospitality!
