Lamplight Island is a delightful retreat nestled within the Lower Mill Country Estate in the Cotswolds Water Park. This unique property is set on its own private island, accessible via a footbridge, and offers breath-taking lakeside views and a tranquil atmosphere. Guests can indulge in a variety of onsite activities, many of which are included in the accommodation rate, such as heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, sauna, steam room, football, tennis, and access to a luxurious spa.

The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).

The house with dates back in parts to 1580AD and is set in 1 acre of grounds. It has a lounge with inglenook fireplace, bakery with bread oven and large conservatory and study/office. The hot tub is heated all year and the pool is available all year and heated 28 March - 2 November. Please bring your own pool towels. With views over open countryside it is accessible for Bath, Lacock, Malmesbury, Cirencester, Avebury, Stonehenge, Highgrove, Westonbirt Arboretum, Corsham Court and Dyhram Park.

A beautiful, private self-catering studio apartment set in sought after luscious green, exclusive and wild destination of St Catherine, just 20 minutes from World Heritage site city of Bath. Guests have exclusive use of private hot tub for en extra cost please see details below. There is a pet fee of £20 per pet. In summer months guests can hire fire bowl/barbecue and logs, for £20. The Ndoro Cottage has been lovingly designed, to create a cozy 'home from home feeling'. The cottage has its own private, south facing garden which enjoys a peaceful location with stunning views. The woodlands and fields hold an abundance of wildlife and birdlife all of which can be viewed from the property - plenty of deer too!! Change over days are Mondays and Fridays. Enabling a 3 night weekend break, or a 4 night week break or a week at a time - Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.

Located within the family friendly Lower Mill Estate, Riverbank House offers guests a spacious 4 bedroom property with private garden on the Thames, surrounded by greenery and lake views. On site lakes with boat access (non-motorised), fishing, tennis courts, playgrounds, trails, bike and boat rental shop, restaurant and shop within estate. Cottage is located in a protected nature reserve with many miles of hikes and trails to explore.

Lower Mill Estate is a 500 acre private nature reserve for holiday homes. Oakleigh Cottage is a fully equipped 4 bedroom (2 ensuite) property. It is one of a limited number of properties in Mill Village which includes access to the onsite leisure and wellness centre - heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, steam room, eco pool, gym, therapies and treatments. The Lower Mill also has playgrounds, children's trail, further heated pool, fishing, tennis, sport facilities, lake access and more.
