Fully Renovated Rural Barn

Newly renovated barn on a quiet rural road yet close to all the attractions of Southern Litchfield County. The light-filled barn has two large patio doors into a substantial living and entertaining area with a large sectional sofa-bed, a dining table for 10 and adjacent kitchen area with an island. There is a downstairs washroom. A large light-filled upstairs sleeping area has a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside is a patio dining area and parking in a dedicated driveway.

Geodesic Dome in the Wooods

A great daylight space nested on the edge of the woods. Be close to nature but also close to our house for modern convinces in our house. Please note this space is unplugged, it has no electricity, heat or air conditioning. There is a full bathrooms for your use in our basement, 125 feet away. Also, you are in the woods and spiders can get in the dome. We also have our Tiny house for you to stay in if the weather is too cold. The Tiny house has power and some heat. See last 3 pictures.

The area is a prime location, as it offers some of the most stunning and scenic hikes & drives in the country. Only a 10 minute drive from Kent, New Milford or Pawling.

The serenity farm cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. located on a horse rescue .Serenity farm is located in Woodbury Ct est 1673 our town is know as the antique trail of New England. We also have many farm to table restaurants as we are a farming community. Serenity cottage has surrounding views of our horses as well as goats and chickens with a privet back yard . We are a nonprofit horse rescue were our horses will live there lives in peace .
