Beneath a mono-pitch roof that evokes Palm Springs style, a vaulted ceiling in the open-plan kitchen, diner and den creates an airy spot for living and lounging. The south-facing garden frames the view of sand dunes in the distance, while outdoor decking, seating and cooking facilities extend the oceanside vibe. Saunton Beach is a 5 minute drive away.

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! The Stable

The Stable sleeps two adults with stunning views, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, shower room and large outside garden and decking area. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden.

We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
