LOVED this home! Was perfect for our little girls getaway trip! Very modern and updated. The pool and outdoor showers were the best part! The only odd thing was the placement of some of the light switches but literally the only thing that we found ourselves questioning and it became a game LOL. The beds were even super comfy!

Beautiful house, in front of the pool, feels like your at home. You have everything for your stay. Perfect for my guests.Very clean & spacious . We have some much fun.

Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

My husband and I are “homebody’s” however we love to go on vacations! We spends lots of time looking at places and hoping we pick the right one for us! We LOVED this place, it was sooo cozy, in a home away from home vibe! Whatever we needed that we didn’t bring they had it covered. There was a fan in the house which was awesome as we are, sleep with the fan on people. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated and dream to use!! The kitchen was big and clean, and just beautiful!! Living room and couch was comfortable, had some throw blankets that could be used! We really felt at home and didn’t want to leave to our next destination after being here! Thank you for the enjoyable stay!!

Iva and Greg were great hosts, they were very helpful and fast when we needed help with a few things. The house was very clean and is very nice. Great place to stay with family or friends. The pool is so nice!

Great space for our family of 10. Nice size pool and outdoor area. Very responsive and appreciative host. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance from 4 of our 5 baseball games. Would definitely stay here again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a great stay with our dogs! The fenced in yard is great. Our dogs loved it! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and it was close to the beach. About a 10+ minute drive just depending on traffic.

My family and I came down to vacation for the week. We were new to the Pensacola area. The property was perfect and the pictures matched the description! beautiful home, pool was perfect for lazy afternoons after a morning at the beach! (just a short quick drive to pensacola beach) had a great time and would stay here again if ever in the area!

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

We loved our stay at Kaley’s place. The house was beautiful and had lots of space. We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom connected to it. Perfect for our group of three different families. The kids loved hanging out at the pool. We also appreciated all the beach chairs, towels, and toys.

Our stay at The Josephine was exceptional!The property was beautiful and incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our family of eight. It was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect—close to great dining options and just a short trip to the beach. Angela was so responsive and helpful and wanted to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Stunningly beautiful, clean, and most of all very accommodating home. Linda communicated well and was able to troubleshoot a minor issue within minutes. The home was spacious, with great decor. Linens and furniture were clean and in good taste. Entry was super easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. We may be coming back every year.

I can’t speak highly enough of this house and the hosts. The pictures are what you get, and it’s beautiful. Fully equipped with what you need, clean and so much space. Plenty of amenities. Personally I liked staying a little out of Seaside, but still close enough to walk to the main center. The beach across the street is amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Clean and conveniently located with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed having our own pool as well as having access to the large resort-like community pool. Only 2mins from beach in the included golf cart.

My family loved staying here! The home has EVERYTHING one could need. You really only need to bring your clothes, groceries, and self! It is truly a home away from home. The screened in porch was my favorite part. The king beds are very comfortable (supportive but not hard). The smaller bed seems to be on the firm side (we didn't use it but I would recommend an egg crate topper if you like more cushion). The price is great but the little details are what truly set this place apart from the others. All bedrooms have lamps, portable fans, and TVs. The kitchen has any dish you could need plus lots of extras like spices, dog bowls, etc. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. A huge thanks to Nancy for being such a fantastic host!

The pool and the deck outside was a hit... we loved all the supplies we had..

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

We've been vacationing along 30A almost two decades, and this our favorite home and location to date. Easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, super quick golf cart trip to Cowgirl Kitchen, gorgeous home, and a private pool. It smells and looks brand new. :)
