This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Our cozy 1,100 sq ft. home has nice "partial" ocean views. A 3 minute walk to the historic 804 walking trail~bluff and "rocky beach" for agate hunting and tide pools. Easy walk to shops and restaurants our home is sparkling clean and beautifully landscaped with a private fenced yard in a quiet & friendly neighborhood. NOTE: If you travel with a registered service animal the cleaning fee will be increased to $300 for extra time to sanitize/clean for the next guest who may be allergic to animals.

Bonsai Beach Cottage - Oceanfront

Just remodeled for a more spacious 400 Square feet , with two gravity recliners and a comfy queen bed and private bathroom and light eating area. We are located on a full half acre. We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. Please do not bring any cooking devices as this is not allowed, A 110 plug is there for EV chargers.

It borders Gerderman rhododendron preserve and is located on an extensive trail system that leads to the ocean, the forest or the center of Yachts a short distance away. The house is recently renovated, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and 2 of the bedrooms. The expansive backyard, surrounded by trees, has dual paths to the beach. There is a covered deck with dining and seating arrangements. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
