We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and thoughtfully equipped — anything you might need is right there, making it feel like a home away from home. Located in Water’s Edge, the community itself is beautifully maintained, secure, and has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us, and the unit is very accommodating for pets. The ambiance overall was peaceful and relaxing. A special shout-out to Shadi, who is truly a super host — incredibly responsive, helpful, and reliable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

It was a wonderful 3 days in Abu Dhabi, thanks to the convenient location it is comfortable to arrive from the airport and back. It is convenient to travel along the highway to the necessary places. The apartment is small, but very functional and filled. We recommend staying alone or a couple of people.

I just booked for one night with my family and small children. The apartment is kid friendly if you have toddlers. It’s safe, clean and no sharp objects or corners. The host is amazing! He’s very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would book again.

The apartment is good enough for two people and also kitchen is nice for cooking. The host is busy and can’t response fast enough. You can call him anyway if no response. The location is good and there is a nice seaside park just downstairs, also a supermarket. Overall it’s good.

It was a very clean and spacious apartment with all the amenities. Very convenient location and not far from most attractions in Abu Dhabi. Host, Ahmed is very responsive and friendly too.

The stay at Paul’s bnb was nothing short of wonderful. Paul’s onboarding and communication to the place was very smooth and clarified any issues I needed help in. An amazing host who is very cooperative and understanding, and would recommend him to any of his listings that he provides on the page. The only issue I have with the place, is parking but it’s a common issue around the neighborhood in general.
