From the moment I booked, the host went above and beyond to make my trip unforgettable! Even before arrival, Hoang sent me recommendations—must-try restaurants, and even the best transport tips. It felt like having a local best friend! The place itself was spotless, spacious, and super cozy—even better than the photos! The location was convenient (close to everything witj bike ride and quiet at night). Little touches like fast Wi-Fi, a comfy bed, and a fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home. But what really stood out was the Hoang’s kindness— quick to respond, full of great advice, and genuinely caring.

Khi đặt phòng mình còn phân vân , nhưng sau khi nhận phòng và lưu trú 1 đêm mình cảm thấy rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại ủng hộ tiếp hehee . Giá cả và chất lượng quá là ok!!!

Bạn Host rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình, căn hộ đẹp gọn gàng sạch sẽ. Có khu vực hồ và công viên đi dạo rất chill.

Nice place, Ha was very responsive and helpful. Make sure you talk with Ha before you book the place to confirm everything. He has very friendly staff at the reception and everything is very flexible. Please note that the 2nd bedroom has a very small window that looks on the other side of the building and it is not that convenient to be opened, its a bit dusty outside. But the bed and room are comfortable. The flat lacks cuttlery and needs to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly, but if this occurs, just tell Ha, he will send someone to clean it. Thank you, Ha!

베트남 살고 있습니다. 주말에 하노이 나갈 때 보통 호텔 이요하는데 이번엔 애어비앤비를 이용했고 만족스럽네요. 당연히, 호텔이 아니기에 필수는 아니지만 헤어드라이기가 있으면 좋을 것 같단 생각은 했습니다. 이상입니다!

Phuong was a wonderul host. One of the best I had. The unit is in the great location. Make sure to stay there over the weekend. Lots of food, shopping, cafes. Strongly recommend.

Great place to stay. Looks as lovely inside as the pictures. Host is super responsive and accommodating. Only minor drawback is the place was confusing to get to the first time as we didnt have the instructions yet

여행을 가는 이유는 새로운 무언가를 만나기 위해서라고 나는 생각합니다. 나와 내 친구들은 3층 짜리의 우수한 숙소, 그리고 친절한 호스트 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 호스트의 친절함은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다고 나는 생각합니다. 내가 불의의 부상을 입자, 그는 다양한 요소를 물어보며 나를 안심시켰습니다. 새벽에 같이 여행을 온 친구들과 거실에서 이야기를 나누는 것은 나에게 잊지 못할 추억이었습니다. 언젠가 다시 이 숙소에 방문하고 싶습니다. 그날이 언제일지는 모르겠지만, 아마도 그날이 온다면 나는 더 유능한 체크인😆을 할 수 있을 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

民宿的地理位置特别好，远离喧嚣的游客区域，就在洲际酒店一分钟的步行位置，周围还有很多好吃的饭店咖啡店面包店和杂货店，十分便利，沿湖的风景我们也很喜欢。房子很漂亮，我们在这里度过了一个很美好的春节，顶层的露台很漂亮可惜没有时间享用。房东热情好客，回复即时，感恩遇见

I stayed in Nam's place with a family of four and we loved the space and the location. The space is very large and we could all spread out with our own rooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers loved it. The location near the lake and restaurants was excellent. You could get excellent cheap street food or go to higher end restaurants on the same block. Excellent coffee places were just a step or two away. The owner was super responsive helping us with airport transport and answering questions. Would stay there again. One of favorite Airbnbs as a family.

That a clean apartment, also small facilities in house also enough useful. Will beback in the short future if have ang plan to HaNoi

Loan und Phuong waren großartige Gastgeber. Von Beginn der Buchung bis zur Abreise standen Sie uns mit hilfreichen Informationen und einer ausführlichen Beschreibung zum Check-in zur Seite. Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung als auch Loan und Phuong als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is a great spot while visiting Hanoi if you need the extra space as each bedroom has their own bathroom (one of the bedrooms has a bathroom across the hall, but it works because the other two have their own private). This is part of two modern towers in Hanoi which give you a hotel-vibe. The building is secure with locked elevators. The location is great for exploring the many restaurant and cafe options all walkable! We found a strip of restaurants and bars all offering a wide variety of food from traditional Vietnamese to Pizza. This is a great location for your next visit to Hanoi.

Schöne Unterkunft, in der nähe gibt es alles was man braucht und das Stadtzentrum ist knapp 30 minuten mit einem Taxi entfernt. Martin war immer schnell erreichbar. Habe die Zeit genossen👍

The place was exactly as described—clean, well-designed, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive without being overbearing. Great location, with plenty to explore nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Place was exactly as described. Huyen was a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Allowed me to check in a little early than the original check in time. She let me leave my luggage at her personal unit in T2 so I can walk around the mall without any hassle. She had my luggage sent to the unit and it was there when I checked in. The unit was new, spacious, clean, and the interior design was luxurious. Smells good, too! Provision of laundry pole in the balcony, spoon, and hand soap for the bathroom sink or kitchen sink would be appreciated. I saw a couple baby roaches around but maybe bec other units in the building can be kind of old. All appliances were working well. Basic amenities were included. I already booked her place again for my trip next month. Overall, I had a lovely stay! Highly recommended!
