We have a brand new 2022 pontoon boat available to add-on during your stay. We also have 2 kayaks and 2 stand up paddleboards. We are on an inlet of the main lake so it is nice and quiet with no wake. Sip coffee on the balcony and take in the view or walk down to the dock and hang your feet in the water!!

Book your late spring and Summer stays now. Completely renovated in 2024. Absolutely nothing like it on Lake Wylie. Owned and operated by certified Coast Guard Captain. Available as AirBnb and also for an additional fee lake tours are available. 2 hour minimum. The houseboat is at Joyners Marina on Lake Wylie across from Poppa Docks, and has vast lake views and the sun rises and sets over the houseboat. Treat yourself to a staycation and relax on the lake.

My place is 15 miles from the Charlotte airport, 10 miles from Carowinds and 6 miles from Charlotte Premium Outlet on I-485. It is only a little further to downtown Charlotte and the Carolina Panthers stadium. It has a great sunset view over Lake Wylie. It is very private and quite, but has nearby amenities like restaurants, shopping and good recreation. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the proximity to Charlotte and the wonderful wide lake view.
