The apartment is small but well appointed. It has everything you need. The views from the front are stunning. I thought it was a bit pricey for the time of year.

We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

We stopped here with my two teenagers who loved the attic room. We found the apartment very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Managed to get parked on the street with no issues. Good communication from Karen prior to our stay. We will definitely be back.. Lee

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable the apartment was clean. It was very cosy! I thought it was really nice that they had provided shampoo and conditioner too which I didn’t realise I forgot mine until I went to get a bath! Really nice touch. The hosts were super helpful. The neighbours were lovely too! Can’t wait to come back. Thank you again!

It was as a lively place to stay, flat was clean and airy and felt like home. Beach and promenade a stones throw away and a nice walk to harbour. Easy access to Bempton Cliffs

fantastic apartment in a great location not too bad pub within 2 minute walk also beach not too far away either you can walk to Filey v beach in about 50 minutes or Hunmandy gap in around 25 minutes Excellent clean apartment with a tv in living room and an additional one in bedroom easy check in great kitchen and facilities would highly recommend

Very clean, quiet property in a great location. Many and Beth were friendly and proactive. I would suggest changing the blinds in the bedrooms as they let in lots of light in the morning, so recommend bringing an eye mask. We would definitely stay again.

had a great multi generation stay here to celebrate my 60th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. lovely house with lots of bathrooms. great location. Hayley is responsive and helpful. Perfect stay. Fish and chips at Seniors, locally. Tiggis restaurant was great and very local. Great for a family seaside traditional holiday. Thank you 😊

Both Lisa and Brother Andy where very good hosts I had a few queries whilst we where visiting and they where both very quick to respond. The house beat all expectations and was very dog friendly and yet not a single dog hair visible on arrival. Great location hardly used the car and even though it was off road parking we had no issues with getting a space .

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

Fantastic holiday. Well thought out accommodation with easy access to the town and beach. Close to a lot of attractions. Whitby, Scarborough and Robins hood bay all close by. The little town of Filey is full of lovely restaurants and cafe’s with an arcade and tourist shops, which were great for the kids. Hellen was a fantastic host, quick to respond to messages. went for a family getaway with our parents and my son. The location is amazing the house was beautiful just like the pictures and description! the house has everything you needed and was one of the cleanest ones I have stayed in. the location is great right by the beach and restaurants. Madeleine was great and very helpful on the day we arrived we couldn't get the heating to work and she was right round and fixed it! great host and great house we will definitely be back!

Perfect location for exploring the seafront, directly opposite the gorgeous art deco Midland Hotel. Very spacious, clean apartment with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time in the area.

Just one night but a perfect one night. Mesmerising views over South Bay, never turned on the TV, the view was enough. Apartment was exceptional, everything you could need. Dined at India, just down Castle Road, and the food and service were both very good. Breakfast at The Lookout on the Pier, as per Andrea’s recommendation and that too was excellent.

Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

Fantastic stay, location couldn't be better - a stone's throw from the beach and a huge range of bars, restaurants, shops etc but set back on a side street so is also very quiet. The flat is nicely decorated and clean, with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home - it's clear Kelly has put a lot of thought and effort into the place. Thanks for having us, and we'll definitely be coming back!

Spotlessly clean, very central location and with incredible views from all 3 large windows. The views are even better than the photos! Everything we needed was there, 2 minutes walk to some really great bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, and a short walk downhill to the beach, pier etc. We loved Saltburn, and we loved this beautiful apartment in the lovely Zetland building.

Amanda’s place was perfect for us. Communication, pre and post arrival was excellent. The position on West Cliff has beautiful views and great entertainment watching the kids on the BMX track. The parking system worked perfectly and it’s easy to visit nearby villages without having to go through the town. It’s a pleasant walk into town, but almost equivalent to a gym session on the way back! We used the tour bus on one occasion, would certainly recommend. The apartment is extremely spacious. We were a couple but it would be perfect for 2 couples or a small family. All in all Amanda’s apartment was probably the best we have used on Airbnb.

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. One of the standout features is how spotless everything is; it’s clear that the host takes immense pride in maintaining this beautiful property. From the moment you step in, it feels inviting and fresh. I was also amazed by the tranquillity at night. I would 100% stay here again.
