Off Grid shepherd’s hut with a wood fired hot tub and tennis court in the picturesque village of Potto, near Swainby. The perfect weekend getaway for 2 with stunning views of the North Yorks moors and a wood burner. This hut is cosy, warm and comfortable. The shepherd’s hut has a hot shower, working gas stove and a mini fridge. There’s a separate private composting loo. And during the summer you may use the tennis court just a short walk through the orchard. There is no electricity in the hut.

After a day of exploring this AONB, there’s nothing like cooking tea over the fire pit or wood pellet pizza oven followed by a dip under the stars in our rustic hot tub. Spend a night in Hardraw, in the Yorkshire Dales. This wonderfully crafted shepherds hut is located on a working farm, with sheep, cattle, hens and pigs. Also, home to the local working sheepdog demonstration team. Located in a small village on the Pennine Way; the renowned Hardraw force, England's highest waterfall is a 5 minute stroll. Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
