The location is great. The house is gorgeous and has a lot of space. The people that manage the place were helpful and attentive. It is a nice place for a big group, and a very good value for us, specially during holidays. However, the place was a bit dusty, and the mattress were not the most confortable ones. The place has potential and it is a good deal if you have a big group in a festive mood. They even have a lap pool with a little bar on the side.

The moment we entered the Casa, we knew this place was extra special. We were greeted with a hand written note welcoming us in addition to one of the most beautiful cakes we have ever eaten. The property was private while at the same time hidden within Criollo's restaurant grounds, so eating at the restaurant was just a few steps outside our door. The Casa pictures do not do this property justice. And there's snacks, waters, towels thoughtfully and strategically placed where you need it. The steam shower was absolute bliss, and the courtyard plunge pool and hammock was a nice area to hideaway and decompress.

I stayed here with a group of friends last week. It was a wonderful experience and a gorgeous, art-filled house. We knew it would be 20 minutes outside of Oaxaca, so we planned our out-of-town activities on these days. We split our week in Oaxaca between this house and a hotel in the historical center and it was perfect. I'm an interior designer and loved all the beautiful details, from the carved wood stair banister to the hand painted tiles, textiles, antiques, art, ceramics and more. Lila's home is a special place and made our trip very memorable.

Fue exactamente igual a las fotos, estaba impresionante. El lugar fue divertido cómodo amplio, tenía detalles como la calidad del jabón y todo equipado para la estancia, muy divertido y la anfitriona siempre estuvo pendiente resolviendo mis preguntas

Excelente estancia, las instalaciones están IMPECABLES todo sumamente cuidado y limpio. Tiene detalles bastante bonitos con los huéspedes, la anfitriona siempre está pendiente para cualquier duda o requerimiento. La alberca deliciosa, y todos los aditamentos muy bien pensados para pasar una estancia increíble. Súper recomendado, solo al llegar fíjense bien la ruta del mapa porque hay dos rutas y una de ellas es muy peligrosa y fea. La otra si está muy bien.

Casa con bonitos detalles y un patio muy agradable para disfrutar en familia. La recomiendo y esperamos regresar pronto

Trust the reviews on this one… Antonio’s place is amazing! The house is expansive, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. I don’t think I have ever felt so welcomed at an Airbnb with fruit and drinks and a friendly and responsive host. The location is perfect for access to Oaxaca’s restaurants and shops, as well as Hierve el Agua and Mitla and Teotitlàn del Valle. History, culture, natural wonders, sophisticated cuisine are all at your fingertips. That is, if you can put your mezcal down and bring yourself to leave the poolside chairs!

Loved our stay at Damien’s place. It’s very quiet and private but also easy walkable distance to the heart of the plaza for restaurants and shoppes. We especially enjoyed the plunge pool and deck in the morning w coffee and then set out in the afternoons for exploration. Yes, there is a hill on your return but quite manageable. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for making coffee, snacks, and cocktails. Damian also partners w a couple locals who were wonderful for driving, Nacho (Ignacio), and Mari for cooking or tending to anything needing to be looked at immediately. Highly recommend staying at Damian’s place and then enjoying beautiful Oaxaca, the kind people, the AMAZING food, and the inspiring art creativity. Muchas Gracias!! 🇲🇽🧡

Quedé muy sorprendido por la atención de Carolina. Fue una persona muy atenta, y la casa estaba impecable, especialmente en cuanto a la limpieza. La casa cuenta con dos baños, lo cual es muy conveniente cuando viajas con más de tres personas. Si vas a visitar Zaachila y Zimatlán, es una excelente opción, ya que los mototaxis te pueden llevar y traer del sitio. Sin embargo, si tienes pensado visitar el centro de Oaxaca, debes tener en cuenta que está un poco retirado, entre 30 y 40 minutos. Cabe señalar que el único detalle que puedo comentar es la cuestión del agua, ya que se debe estar atento a quién usa el baño, pues la bomba debe prenderse manualmente. Fuera de eso, es un lugar tranquilo, seguro y amigable. Super recomendable.

El alojamiento de Sheila es muy cómodo y bonito, ella y las personas que la apoyan para mantener la casa limpia son muy amables. La casa es ideal para grupos o familias grandes. Sin duda de los mejores lugares en los que me he quedado.

Muy linda la casa, sin embargo para salir o entrar nos costó trabajo con el GPS hay veces que nos marcaba ir por algunas calles que no existían, pero la casa muy bonita y espaciosa

This was a perfect space for us; it was myself, my brother, and his wife. Don Ole was super friendly, and even offered us a ride to the airport. The place was pristine and had fresh, cold water. The beds were SUPER comfortable. Highly recommend (:
