Located in one of Zadar’s most beautiful old neighborhoods, our apartment is 15 min walk to the Old Town and 5 min to the sea, main bus station and supermarkets. A scenic seaside promenade near the apartment leads directly to the Old Town, with several beautiful beaches along the way. Tourist tax (City of Zadar): €1.50 per adult (18+) per night. Ages 12–17 pay 50%. Under 12 free. Included in the final price. Like VAT, it does not go to the host — we collect and remit it to the authorities.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities. Bus station is 20 meters from house. Place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The house has a yard with a fence and a covered area for parking cars. The yard has a barbecue, a small table and benches. In the winter terrace is allowed smoking and pets. Charming semi-detached house in the old peaceful part of the town, newly renovated only 30 meters from a quiet beach, it will provide you a pleasant and comfortable vacation. The beaches it the vicinity are beautiful and clean. The object is in the centre of the place so you have all the facilities in 50 meters range (restaurant, caffe bar, supermarket, playground, tennis court, bus station)
