Όμορφο, ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα 65m2 στο κέντρο της πόλης της Ζακύνθου, 200m από την κεντρική πλατεία Σολωμού. Απέναντι από τη θάλασσα (υπάρχει εξέδρα για κολύμβηση) και σε 250 μέτρα απόσταση δημοτική πλαζ με ελεύθερη είσοδο. Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι. Private parking. At 200 meters from the beach of San Nikolas by foot, taking a dirt path. The beach, the port, restaurants, mini-market and bars are 1.5 km away by car. Boat Tours depart from the port to see the Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach (Navagio) as well as ferries to Kefalonia.
