This converted monks' hermitage is a modern twist on country living in Abruzzo. With vaulted ceilings and a beautiful courtyard, this cozy place has history and style. Located between the mountains and sea, we are only 5 minutes from the historical Atri centre, 15 minutes to the famous Pineto beach, 10 minutes to Silvi beaches, 40 minutes to the mountains, 30 minutes from Pescara centrale and Pescara airport. Next door is a famous neighbourhood pizzeria, full of locals any day of the week.

Essa è fornita di tutto ciò che si necessita per un comodo soggiorno, immersa nella natura e con vista panoramica sulla valle. Il parcheggio è a 20m, libero.

Inmitten der friedlichen Landschaft der Abruzzen, wenige Schritte vom prächtigen Gran Sasso (für Bergliebhaber), dem Heiligtum von San Gabriele und 40 Minuten von der Adriaküste mit seinen weitläufigen Sandstränden entfernt. Mit eigenem Eingang, komplett eingezäunt, 3 Parkplätzen, einer Veranda im privaten Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen, einem Gemüsebeet und Obstbäumen. Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa und Kamin, ein weiteres Bad und Küche.

My apartment is located on the first floor of a two floor building with a lift. It is located a few steps from the town center and it is in front of the sea and private beaches. The apartment is equipped with heating and Wi-fi. It can accommodate up to eight people in two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single sofa bed in the living room. It is ideal for couples, families and groups of friends who want to stay in Pineto and enjoy the city and its maritime life.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
