Villen als Ferienunterkünfte in Zonza

La villa correspond parfaitement à la description et à nos attentes, coin paisible, bien équipée, coin repas à l’ombre, piscine chauffée… impeccable, de quoi couler de belles heures à bronzer ! Localisation à proximité de belles plages (en voiture tout de même) Attention toutefois aux véhicules trop bas de caisse, le chemin d’accès est accidenté. Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés ! Nous avons même pu profiter de la villa des notre arrivée à midi, Marie a été très arrangeante par dessus tout !

Un séjour incroyable dans une villa magnifique dans un environnement paisible, tout proche de la plage de Santa Gullia. Nous avons été accueillis par Valérie chaleureusement, au sein de son domaine familial plein de charme. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

We had a great time in this property. Very convenient location, especially if you are renting a car. What is worth mentioning there is a quite busy road close to the property as well as an airbase (during our stay we have seen many military aircraft flying around and making a lot of noise). Overall the place is very well maintained and the host is charming :) We will definitely recommend it to you and our friends.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr schönes Haus, moderner Stil, schöner und großer Aussenbereich. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Straße, viel Privatsphäre. 3 Bäder, aber im Bad konnte man leider nirgends seine Handtücher aufhängen. Eine Mappe mit Tipps wäre hilfreich gewesen. Pool war Anfang Oktober leider schon sehr kalt. Generell ist der Ort im Oktober schon sehr ausgestorben und Strände werden schon teilweise nicht mehr gemacht. Alles in allem aber ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Elodie est une hôte très sympathique et disponible, La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, bien équipée, joliment décorée, l'extérieur est très agréable... un vrai coin de paradis, tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien ! nos deux familles (petits et grands) garderont de magnifiques souvenirs de notre voyage en Corse et la maison y est pour beaucoup ! Encore merci à Elodie pour son accueil et les superbes attentions à notre arrivée ! tout était parfait 👍😊🌞

Un accueil chaleureux et complet. Corentin a été très réactif lors de besoins ou questions. Tous pour faciliter le vie en communauté : maison spacieuse, 2 salle de bain, 2 wc, espace de vie séparé de l'espace nuit, boîte à clé…Les prestations annoncées correspondent à la réalité. Discrétion de nos hôtes habitant au rez-de-chaussée, assurant tout imprévu éventuel ou entretien . Dans notre cas : bouteille de gaz, entretien piscine et résolution d'un cumulus , qui ont été réalisé sans que nous nous en rendions compte. Bravo ! Maison tranquille et agréable au milieu du maquis, avec vue sur les montagnes, très bien équipée, tout en étant à proximité de Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, commerces.. Un bonheur d'avoir la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, la semaine de notre séjour a été particulièrement chaude, jusqu'à 44 dégrées de journée. Sans hésitation. Bon séjour.

The place was very nice and convenient for our stay in Corsica. We had a car so getting around was a breeze, and the location was central to many of the amazing beaches in the area. getting to bonifacio was no problem, and we made the trip multiple times for sight-seeing, boat tours, and amazing food. The home is very nice and well put together. We made breakfast on the flat top which was awesome, potatoes took awhile, but our meals were amazing. The pool is a little hard to figure out on your own, i swear ratchets are the bane of my existence, but thats probably just me. private, peaceful, and very comfortable. my only complaint is the wifi was lacking, but i cant fault them because we experienced the issue throughout the island with the pay-terminals (for credit cards) not working as well. All in all, it wasnt a big deal/a non issue, but if u need internet be prepared with data/satelite! VERY much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

Wir waren im Spätsommer mit 12 Freunden zu Gast bei Stephane und seiner Frau. Die beiden haben uns sehr herzlich und interessiert willkommen geheißen und sich viel Zeit für die Roomtour genommen. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts waren sie immer für uns erreichbar und haben sich sofort gekümmert wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas brauchten. Die Unterkunft selbst hat in allen Bereichen überzeugt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Highlight ist natürlich die umwerfende Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, der beheizte Pool sowie die Liegelandschaft und die stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmer. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Stéphane und kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful location with fantastic views. The infinity pool was great. For a family of 5- the space was perfect. David and his family are highly responsive. They left us some cookies and coffee pods- nice gesture. We will go back to live at David's place! The description of the property could be better. With nearest stores over 4 km away, guests can come better prepared. 1. Toiletries are not provided (handwash, soap, shampoo) 2. Detergents for dishwasher and washing machine are not provided 3. Salt, pepper, oil etc seemed like leftovers from previous guests. Do state if these are provided. The bathrooms could be better with towel racks / napkin ring...

Ubytování u Rabia odpovídalo našim představám podle fotografii, místo bylo velmi klidné, obchod v krátkém dojezdu autem a místo ubytování je ve strategicky položeném místě a dostupné různým plážím. Dále bych ocenil komunikaci i vstřícnost Rabia. Z vily je krásný výhled na moře a samotná vila je obklopena krásnou místní flórou, obzvlášť oleandry. Nejvíce oceňujeme venkovní bazén v areálu vily, u něhož vám naprosté soukromí zajistí vzrostlé oleandry. Tímto děkujeme hostiteli Rabia. Pokud se vrátíme na Korsiku , tak se určitě sem. Děkujeme Martin a rodina 😉

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft und der Blick aufs Meer außergewöhnlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Dusche. Selbst bei noch etwas kühleren Temperaturen hat man im Haus eine tolle Zeit. Der Pool mit der Terrasse und die Außenküche waren ebenfalls ein Highlight. Wir hatten tolle Kochabende und haben einige Tipps von Christophe und Armelle bekommen für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es gibt einige Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung Vielen Dank

We had the most amazing week here, nobody wanted to leave! the pool was wondeful, the house, bright, spacious and clean. The location is so peaceful, not overlooked at all, yet we were minutes drive from the shops, beach etc and easy access to day trips to the mountains and Bonifacio. Olivier was extremely quick to respond to all of my messages which I really appreciated, and he was kind and helpful. Our family had a super stay and can't recommend it enough.

Villa magnifique très bien équipée. Hélène qui nous a accueilli et conseillé tout au long du séjour est extrêmement sympathique. Séjour tout simplement parfait.

Je recommande les yeux fermés! Logement loué pour un week end dans le cadre d’un EVJF. Tout est prévu pour passer un bon moment et s’amuser. La maison est très belle, bien conçue, pratique et très bien équipée. La piscine est incroyable avec ces petites plages de détente idéales pour s’allonger et lire ou juste discuter entre amis. La maison est à 10 min de la plage et 5 min d’un petit commerce de proximité mais on y est tellement bien qu’il est difficile de sortir faire autre chose. Idéal pour un séjour lorsqu’on est nombreux.

We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as well as the quiet environment the place offers. Lots of nice beaches around and access to the mountains pretty easy. Enjoy local food and restaurants. Ask the Canarelli’s for anything they will get you all the informations you need to go around.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

We drove to Corsica from London, so we were hot, tired and looking forward to relaxing when we arrived! And Jacques' villa provided everything we needed. We were greeted by his charming mother, who showed us around and left some cold water and coffee to start us off. The Casino supermarket is five minutes on foot, so grocery shopping is very simple, and the marina is a 10-minute walk, where there are restaurants and shops. As to the villa itself, we were pleasantly surprised - the pictures don't do it justice! It's spacious and well laid-out - the shower is fabulous, the bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage, and the kitchen is beautiful and has all the essentials like oil, pepper, sugar, etc. Outside, the pool and sundeck are a delight in the summer heat. An added bonus is the free bus that drops you off in the main town, which is bustling with bars and restaurants, with some incredible views across the bay. We loved our holiday here and would definitely come back.

Wir haben eine Woche in Maés Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder fanden den Pool besonders toll. Das Haus ist groß, gut ausgestattet und liegt etwas abseits. Die Zufahrtsstraße hatte leider viele Schlaglöcher und war sehr holprig.

We stayed at the house with 4 adults and 2 little children and had a wonderful time. The highlight for us was the garden and the pool. The garden is spacious and there is so much to explore for the kids while the adults can enjoy a drink at the pool - just perfect 👍🏼 location is great if you have a car and want to explore different locations (beaches, mountains, etc.) especially on the east side of the island. The hosts were super helpful. I would definitely recommend the house!

We have just returned from an annual two families summer holiday and tried Corsica for the first time. We loved it there and a big part of that was this property. It's in a great location, Jean-Alexis is always contactable and welcoming, the outdoors is lovely, the indoors is simple but you have all you need. Would recommend.

Lieber Andria, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in deinem tollen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Da das Haus sehr neu ist, war alles super. Der große Pool ist toll und auch der Kunstrasen um den Pool hat uns überzeugt, da bei weitem nicht so viel Schmutz in den Pool fällt. Wir wussten ja, dass die Außenanlagen noch etwas Zeit brauchen, aber wenn mal alles fertig ist, möchten wir bestimmt nochmals wiederkommen. Die große Holzterasse, die Liegen und der Pool sind für uns perfekt gewesen. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ins gürn war echt entspannend und am Abend hat man die Sterne perfekt beobachten können, da keine direkte Beleuchtung in der Nähe ist. Alles Liebe und Gute weiterhin Liebe Grüße von uns 4 aus Bayern!
