We had a lovely stay at Bonnie's apartment, she was very informative and responsive to any queries we had. Great for shops/restaurants and to all Lucca has to offer. Walking distance to the train station to see the sights of Tuscany. We hope to return one day and enjoy the lovely city again.

Sabrina was very accommodating and helped us with our stay.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

We enjoyed our stay in Viareggio. The apartment is close walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, shopping and the train station. With 4 adults, it was great to have a second bathroom. Giulia was a great host. Would stay here again.

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Host cordiale, preciso nell'indicazioni e puntale nelle risposte. L'alloggio corrisponde alle foto, super pulito, in ordine e attrezzato in ogni ordine e cosa. Un posto ideale per staccare dalla frenesia e trascorrere un momento di calma e serenità in mezzo la natura Consigliato!

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’appartamento è proprio sulle piste ed è perfetto per chi vuole sciare. Accogliente e caldo, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

We enjoyed our time in Abetone. Finding the unit was a little challenging but that could just be our inexperience on narrow and steep roads. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and helpful in town. The unit was as advertised and Gloria communicated well.

Great spacious apartment in a very convenient location. Close to the station and also just a few minutes walk to the historic centre, with lots to see. Easy to get the train to Florence in under half an hour, and also Pistoia and Lucca in the other direction. Great value for money!

Immaculate apartment, with all the amenities one would need for a short stay. Great location, close to the centre and transport hubs. I can't fault anything about my stay.

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano (senza ascensore) di un palazzo d'epoca. Le foto pubblicate rispecchiano esattamente quello che si trova nell'appartamento; essendo in pieno centro (dietro al Duomo di Prato) è zona ZTL quindi non si può arrivare in auto, ma a 5min a piedi si trova il parcheggio coperto della stazione (Porta Il Serraglio) molto comodo. Nei pressi della casa ci sono negozi, ristoranti e caffetterie. La pulizia è impeccabile, tutto nuovissimo ed in ottime condizioni. Ci sono due camere matrimoniali (una delle due con un letto un pò più piccolo rispetto all'altro, magari adatto a bambini/ragazzi). Ci sono due bagni entrambi con comoda doccia, uno dei due anche con il bidet. Possiamo vivamente consigliare questo appartamento e di visitare Prato che è molto graziosa e tranquilla. Le comunicazioni con l'host sono state precisissime e si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend presso l’alloggio di Daniele. La casa è piccolina ma dotata di tutto il necessario, super calda, che nel periodo invernale è un aspetto fondamentale soprattutto se si viaggia come noi con bambini. Daniele è un host molto gentile, ci ha dato fin da subito indicazioni chiare per raggiungere l’appartamento per cui è stato facilissimo arrivare. La casa è pulitissima e con una vista meravigliosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se possibile torneremo sicuramente!

La location era magnifica, vicinissima alla piazza centrale, e molto accogliente. I proprietari cordiali al massimo sempre pieni di buoni consigli su come navigare il territorio, cosa che per noi che abbiamo alloggiato lì durante il Lucca Comics ci è stata vitale. Ci han pure permesso di aggiungere una persona in più all'ultimo momento, dimostrando la loro assoluta disponibilità. Riguardo gli spazi in casa, non abbiamo avuto il minimo problema, avendo a disposizione anche uno sgabuzzino ed un armadio molto capienti per tutte le nostre necessità nei 4 giorni in cui abbiamo alloggiato lì. Tutto sommato, quindi, una più che ottima esperienza sia per me che per i ragazzi che eran con me.

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung, Ausstattung Top, außerdem direkt an der Pineta, dem Pinienpark gelegen, der voller Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten, vor allem für Kinder steckt. War für uns mit unserem kleinen Sohn spitze. Weiters nur 5 Min zum nächsten Strandbad zu Fuß, Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss und Pasticceria sowie Eisgeschäft direkt gegenüber. Herz was willst du mehr? Dazu noch die Gastgeberin Maria Luisa, die uns bei Fragen oder Problemen immer sehr schnell und äußerst freundlich geholfen hat, haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt hier und würden sofort wieder hinfahren. ☺️

Vincenzos und Dilias Appartmentanlage ist abgelegen und lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist zwar beim ersten Mal aufregend, man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Die Lage ist perfekt, um prato, Pistoia und Florenz zu erkunden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie war top! Die ganze Familie ist herzlich und freundlich – wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir auch ihren süßen Hund. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ideal – man ist schnell in der nächstgrößeren Stadt, aber auch genauso schnell in den Bergen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und perfekt für Spaziergänge direkt hinter dem Haus. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Außerdem hat uns Anna-Maria ein paar nette Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Fijne plek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Mooie heuvel achtige omgeving. Dorpje Pietresantra verrassend leuk! Bedden een beetje zachter dan wij zelf fijn vinden en de aanrijd route met een lage auto was uitdagend, maar verder een fijn appartement!! Fijne communicatie met Fulvia.

Deborah ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. So eine tolle Gastgeberin hatten wir noch nie. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Toskana und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können Deborahs und Katias Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Nicola hat uns flexibel empfangen, wir waren etwas zu früh. Das war kein Problem. Er hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Das Apartment war perfekt eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit unseren zwei Kindern war Nicola auch sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben nach einem Klapphocker gefragt damit die zwei flexibel an den Waschtisch gelangen können. Diesen haben wir sofort bekommen. Auch sonst hat Nicola sich stets erkundigt wie es uns geht und uns Umgebungstipps gegeben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Gegend als solche ist auch sehr schön und Pisa, Florenz, Lucca etc. sind einfach zu erreichen.

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! A comfortable air conditioned flat with well equipped kitchen, little balconies. It is better than the pictures! We were 4 adults and there were 3 different areas to sleep which worked perfectly for us. Just 1 bathroom is a bit tight. The swimming pool is great! Sightseeing in Tuscany worked very well. Having a car is a must for this property if you want to explore. If I can suggest summer blankets would be a very useful addition. Rest was great. Giorgio was super helpful with suggestions on restaurants and beaches.

We spend 4 nights here and had a good time, the view is beautiful in the middle of mountains and nature. We had a bedroom with a big, modern bathroom. Francesca is super friendly and it was very easy for us to find anything right away! Thank you for having us!
