My family and I stayed at this great house. We loved it so much, it was a perfect place for relaxing and exploring Yas island. I strongly recommend this gorgeous house.

This place was truly amazing and ended up being the highlight of my trip to Abu Dhabi. It was my first time visiting the country, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The house was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. It provided more than enough room for everyone, and each of us had our own space to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. It was the perfect setup for our group! The host was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough. It truly made my visit to Abu Dhabi memorable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

We had a nice stay in Fadels House. He helped us with everything. There are no Supermarket around but we ordered by Talabat App. It was fantastic. The rooms are very clean and the bed super comfortable. Thank you Fedal for opening your house for us and the other guests. We appreciate it.

It was a wonderful experience. The accommodation is quite enough for two, but three people can also be accommodated. The furniture is modern, beautiful, comfortable. We were delighted by the welcome: water, sweets, tea, coffee. The apartment contains everything you need for a short-term stay while you wait for the next flight, because it is located near the airport. For a longer stay, a washing machine would be missing. Communication with the host is excellent, fast. They made an effort to be available to guests at all times and to answer all questions. Thank you very much for welcoming us into your home. We will be happy to visit you again.

Karam was lovely and his place as described - happy to recommend for those looking for a quiet place with neighbourhood amenity (pool, gym) with close driving proximity to yas mall, theme parks, etihad arena, etc

It was amazing apartment felt we are home. 5min from all attractions/parks. Clean and neat. Same as pictures. Highly recommend. Easy to communicate with owner. And quick. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

We loved our stay at Mamsha beach. Olena provided free beach access cards that came with towels, sunbeds and a water every day. The Persian Gulf was clear and warm. A supermarket and amazing restaurants are just across the street. The Alkalime restaurant stood out and we enjoyed the healthy food several times. The cultural district offers various mind-blowing attractions. Especially Teamlab Phenomenon is a must-see. Other tips about this Airbnb: - reception / security 24/7 - balcony is nice, but not really needed as the beach is so much better - Taxi’s were much cheaper to get around than Ubers, which had inflated prices most of the time and a taxi ride to a destination 30min away like Yas island with its Ferrari world etc is only around €20 - Cross over on 2nd floor to gym and pool - garbage drop on the same floor just to the left - apartment has various adapters to plug in European devices

This is an absolutely marvelous apartment. Very clean, very cozy, very beautiful- with a heart to each detail. The host - Colette is great very caring always connected and answering all the questions. The apartment building is very nice.

A small apartment in a good location. The apartment is small and a has some unpractical “stairs” between rooms. But it is not a problem. There is a brand new fridge and washing machine. Your cloth dries out perfectly on a small a little messy terrace. There is a bus you can take to the center. Emirati park is at walkable distance, which is nice. Very quiet location, though there is a mosque nearby. I spent there a month. I was a little too long. It is OK for a week.

I visited 3 Airbnb places in the UAE. This was the best of them. Above all, a neat house! I highly recommend this place. I'm very satisfied with the location here, and a very friendly host. If I visit Abu Dhabi next time, I will definitely come back here. Thank you for 5days☺️

Lee was an amazing host, answered questions within minutes. The place is an absolute credit and perfect for my needs. I would most certainly receommend this location to anyone.

Great apartment, well equipped, friendly host, parking included, beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend. The mattresses if you are more than 2 guests are quite thin, we doubled them and our kids slept perfectly. Otherwise excellent.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.

Aya's house is very cozy and modern. very good for couples planning a holiday in Abu Dhabi Aya had made all necessary arrangements and I look forward to coming back again

Great location for those visiting NYU Abu Dhabi. Walkable to grocery stores, coffee shops, and the university.

It's my second time booking their properties. They are accommodating and very fast in replying regarding concerns. Ver nice place and the guests like their stay in their properties. Thumbs up for the management.

She was very friendly, very helpful and everything you can expect that you need in the flat it was available.
