Ferienunterkünfte mit Strandzugang in Aghios Emilianos

Myself and my friend stayed here for three nights. The apartment was really lovely; it had a private veranda, plenty of space, was well-equipped and absolutely spotless! Sofia and her mother were extremely nice and helpful with giving recommendations. They serviced the rooms and laid out breakfast each day which we were totally not expecting! 10/10 would recommend.

A hidden gem right by the sea. The property of Georgios is very unique and beautiful, The old olive trees in the big garden are very special. The terrace was amazing to just sit on and watch the Ocean. The close by beach and Tavern make it perfect! We loved this place to start off our Greece Vacation. Georgios is also very nice and easy in contact- we arrived very late, no problem for him. Thank you!

Great stay in a central location, little further from the port but the water taxis were fantastic for to and fro movement! The hostess was excellent, very responsive and flexible at all times. She did her best to make my stay as comfortable as she possibly could. I stayed at the property but also made a nice friend along the way! Thank you!

Παναγιουλα a été très accueillante et réactive l'arrivée dans le logement était simple, son mari nous attendait gentiment à la sortie du bateau la localisation est idéale a proximité des restaurants et du port le petit déjeuner préparé par Παναγιουλα était délicieux Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! 🔆

We loved Charlene's house. The property located in a very quiet/serene part of Hydra with breathtaking balcony ocean views overlooking the quaint harbour of Kimini. Some beautiful swim spots nearby and only a short walk into the main town of Hydra. We had the added bonus of the occasional company of a very friendly resident cat.

Very nice house and neighbourhood to stay when at Hydra! Easy to walk to the town either via stairs and lovely streets or via the more flat coastalpath. We got pro active messages and instructions and nice recommendations. The fridge was filled with water and breakfast, very thoughtful. Although there is a lovely bay 5 min walk it’s also very nice to be able to sit at the roofterrace. Totally recommend and love to stay here again!

We loved Elena's place. It has a lot of charm, it is well designed and thought through. It has all that one can need, in a beautiful environment, with lots of things to do. Thanks a lot Elena for letting us stay in such a nice place.

Absolutely stunning view! We went outside of prime tourism season on purpose, and it was so beautiful and peaceful. We were met at the water taxi for help getting our luggage up to the house (thanks, Spiros!) and our host was very responsive and helpful with questions - and tons of great local recommendations! It is up about 50 stairs from the small harbor, so tough if anyone in your party has mobility issues. But the experience is absolutely worth it! Highly recommend.

Le logement proposé par Irène est merveilleux : très bien situé par rapport à la plage, au port et au centre ville, il se trouve dans une magnifique demeure en pierre, avec une très belle vue depuis la terrasse sur la ville et la mer. La décoration à l’intérieur est superbe, très soignée et conforme aux photos, cela m’a un peu fait penser à la « ferme africaine » de Karen Blixen… Tout y est très confortable et de grande qualité. Le seul point à avoir en tête est que le matelas de la mezzanine est assez petit et que le canapé du salon n’est pas un convertible (on peut y dormir en cas de nécessité mais ce n’est pas aussi confortable qu’un vrai lit). Aussi je recommande de ne pas dépasser 4 personnes maximum dans le logement ; quant au lit-mezzanine, je le recommande soit pour une seule personne, soit pour 2 enfants relativement jeunes et peu encombrants (pas 2 ados comme moi…), mais pas trop petits non plus car l’escalier qui conduit à la mezzanine est raide. Sinon, Irene est une hôtesse très attentive, accueillante et agréable, la rencontrer fait partie du plaisir ! Je recommande ce logement.

Bill and Helena’s place is an authentic, private, and peaceful house tucked in the hills of Hydra. If you’re looking for charm, homey details, and comfort, this is your spot. Close enough to the city center but far enough away to sleep with the windows open. Beautiful stone slab bathroom on the first floor, lofty wood beam ceiling in the main bedroom. We felt safe at night and relaxed leaving our belongings at home during the day.

Hydra ist eine der schönsten Inseln, die ich je besucht habe und so war auch die Unterkunft - einfach magisch! Nur zu empfehlen!

We had a wonderful time in this place. The airbnb is perfectly located on the Hill with a beautiful view across the port. We felt immediately at home in this beautifully furnitured and equipped house. We very much enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The place is perfectly situated to nearby restaurants, markets, bars and the port. From there it was easy to reach the port and take a taxi or rent a bike to roam around the island. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we could even stay longer as it was such a wonderful place. We would definitely come again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the Summerhouse Spetses. The hosts were extremely helpful and always very responsive. We loved having access to the 2 bicycles! A much needed accessory for the island. The house was spacious. We were in a nice location. Pleasant walks to town and stores and eateries.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Steffen war absolut fantastisch! Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, in der Nähe von dem Meer, Hafen und Restaurants. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Steffen war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gab uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell, und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft und den Ort Porto Cheli jedem wärmstens empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

We stayed at Argiris house with my wife and our 3 kids. Although travelling with baby's (1,5 year old twins) and settling into a new place is a great challenge, Argiris was super helpful. He accommodated all our needs! He even built an extra garden door to protect babys running outside when he noticed we struggled to control them! Great host!

The apartment is very comfortable, close to the Sea and five minutes by car from the harbour where the ferries arrive. It is beautifully furnished, well-equipped and extremely clean. Viktoria welcomed us warmly and was very helpful. We highly recommend her place!

Our stay at Marthas beautiful apartment was perfect! The apartment was perfectly clean, the communication with Martha was really friendly and she took very good care of us via mobile contact. The apartment is really central but you still feel very private, it has a really cute balcony and the overall vibe is really sweet and cozy. We`d love to come back, thanks Martha! <3

Great experience. Anna and her friend, Maria, were both very helpful. The place is as beautiful as the pictures make you think, and if you love kittens, be prepared to find them waiting for you at the entrance. We rented bikes to get around the island, and we totally suggest the experience to really enjoy your surroundings! l

Η διαμονή μας ήταν στο σύνολο αρκετά καλή και το διαμέρισμα ήταν όπως μας το περιέγραψαν. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και ειδικά το μπάνιο είναι πάρα πολύ καλό. Η κουζίνα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη με σκεύη και με πρώτες ύλες για μαγείρεμα όπως λάδι, αλλά πιπέρι κτλ. Ωστόσο ο χώρος δεν έχει καθόλου καλή μόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολο να κοιμηθούμε το βράδυ δεδομένου πως ο γείτονας έμενε έως τις 02:00 το πρωί στη βεράντα του και ακουγόταν μέσα στο δωμάτιο οι ομιλίες. Επίσης η πόρτα έχει ένα παράθυρο το οποίο δεν μπορεί να καλυφθεί με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει φως στο δωμάτιο και να είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο να μπορεί κάποιος να κοιμηθεί στον καναπέ. Ο καναπές δεν είναι καθόλου βολικός για ύπνο καθώς νιώθεις τα σίδερα από κάτω. Οι γείτονες κάπνιζαν από το πρωί στο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να ανοίξεις παράθυρο καθώς έμπαινε ο καπνός μέσα. Επίσης το internet έχει σοβαρό θέμα καθώς οι ταχύτητες είναι από ελάχιστες έως ανύπαρκτες.

Within three minutes’ walk, you’re on a quiet, clean, gorgeous beach! This was one of the things that attracted us here, and it was even better than we had imagined! The incredible views from the terrace and the peaceful location were just what we were looking for. The apartment was perfect for us - comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen. And the additional outside shower was brilliant! Elena was a wonderful host. So friendly, kind, and attentive. She and her parents made us feel so welcome! It was hard to leave!
