Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

An old two-bedroom loft in the heart of Annecy Old Town - with a balcony over the river Thiou. The perfect escape for adventurous couples & families. The medieval street below is bustling with restaurants and street markets; up on the fourth-floor the loft is calm and peaceful. The shaded balcony has views over the rooftops, and the turquoise river directly below. Built-in the 14th century it is full of creaky floorboards and character, as well as modern comforts, including fibre internet.

Maison de famille rénovée en 2017. Entre amis ou en famille, on profite simplement du paysage, de la vie en extérieur, d'un intérieur pratique et élégant, de 4 chambres. Superbe terrasse, barbecue, piscine, on n'a presque pas besoin de sortir...mais il y a tellement d'activités sportives, culturelles et gastronomiques en dehors... Attention aux nombreux bassins, piscine, terrain en pente, escaliers raides, qui mettent beaucoup d'obstacles aux petits enfants ou personnes à mobilité réduite.

It’s an amazing place to be for cheese lovers, cyclists, walkers, skiers and anyone who loves nature. We’ve lovingly converted an old Bauju cowshed into a beautiful and comfortable space for weekend retreats or extended holidays surrounded by nature and just a 10 minute drive from the ski lifts.

Dans les Alpes, en Savoie, a 15 km du centre de Chambery, dans le massif des Bauges, tout au bout du chemin de La Bas dans un environnement enchanteur pour amoureux de calme, de sérénité et de permaculture. Authentique yourte mongole à proximité de notre maison, avec sa grande terrasse en bois équipée, au milieu de notre jardin-forêt. Toilette sèche a proximité de la yourte. Point d'eau et douche solaire sous les arbres. L'hiver, la yourte est chauffée au bois (poêle Jotul), bois fourni.

Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.
