We had a perfect stay - everything was as described, the small touches (airport transfer, complimentary car hire) made our stay and the free breakfast every morning was delicious! The pool and surroundings were beautiful, and Stamatina not only made recommendations of places to visit and where to eat but also booked things on our behalf! The later checkout on the final day to allow us to chill around the pool before our evening flight was the cherry on top. Everything is set up by Stamatina to remove any hassle and stress and ensure you enjoy your holiday to the fullest - thank you so much for your hospitality, we will definitely be staying again in future!

Superbe appartement avec terrasse privée sur le toit. Nous avons admiré les levées et les couchers de soleil. Appartement bien équipé et impeccable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Il y a possibilité d’avoir un déjeuner servis à la chambre. Le déjeuner est excellent. Magnifique piscine avec service de bar. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Nous recommandons à 100%

The Airbnb is at Mesaria and it is easy to get to anywhere you want. Going to Fira is just within 15 mins drive as well as Santo wines. The room is clean and comfortable. Fanorious is helpful and kind. Thank you. We had a great stay.

Le séjour s’est merveilleusement bien passé. Logement est très bien situé sur Perissa, tout est accessible à pied. Une résidence très calme, parfait en couple. Le seul hic, c’est la température de l’eau du jacuzzi, assez froide à mon gout (je suis peut être trop exigeant lol). Mais c’est tout de même un réel bonheur et ce qui fait la différence des autres appartements.

If I could give more stars I would. Best Airbnb/hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful and clean with amazing hospitality. A short walk away from the main beach and restaurants making it a little more peaceful. Special thanks to Penny and Co at reception for being so helpful.

Han estat, sens dubte, unes de les millores estades a hotels que he fet mai. Mathios Village és un lloc ideal per a descansar i desconnectar del dia a dia. El tracte ha estat excel·lent per part del nostre amfitrió. Han estat nou nits i 6 dies en els quals la meva parella i jo hem gaudit com si es tractés d'un somni. És evident que a vegades poden sorgir imprevistos que no agraden, però l'amabilitat del seus treballadors i la preocupació constant del nostre amfitrió per a facilitar-nos tota mena de tràmits (lloguer d'una moto, excursions per l'ílla, etc.) i per a què ens sentíssim com a casa nostra fan que, al capdavall, els imprevistos no siguin res més que detalls insignificants. En definitiva, recomano sense cap mena de dubte les Suites de Mathios Papalexis. El menjar del seu restaurant és fantàstic, la piscina sempre molt neta i tranquil·la, i la resta de serveis (neteja, informació turística, internet, etc.) han sigut immillorables! No oblidaré mai aquestes vacances. El comiat amb ell i la recepcionista va ser colpidor, d'aquells que emocionen i et fan saltar la llagrimeta. Tornarem segur a Santorini, no sé ben bé quan, però el que sí tinc clar és en quin hotel hi estaré. Mathios Papalexis, ens tornarem a veure!

Bonne expérience ! Très joli hôtel à Akrotiri, une magnifique piscine à l’eau salée, transats à disposition, chambres propres, nettoyées tous les jours, bar et restaurant à disposition et personnel accueillant. Le seul hic réside dans le bruit de notre chambre (numéro 13) située juste en dessous du restaurant… Donc beaucoup de bruits de machines, chaises, clacs diverses assez tôt le matin (7h) et tard le soir (23h). Outre ce détail réglé avec des boules quies, séjour très agréable !

Se potessi dare 10 stelle a questa casa le darei, perché è bellissima! È una casa molto grande, con due bagni, la cucina, un salone enorme, una camera da letto al bagno di sopra e la jacuzzi in veranda! La casa è nuovissima, arredamenti moderni e soprattutto c’è un profumo buonissimo in ogni stanza. La casa è fornita di ogni comodità e Arben è super reattivo per ogni esigenza. Abbiamo fatto il check-in alle 21:30 ed è stato disponibilissimo e inoltre forniscono un servizio di laundry gratuita. Ma la cosa più bella di questa casa stupenda è la jacuzzi nella veranda; da lì potrete vedere l’alba, oppure la città di Thira al tramonto o la notte tutta illuminata 🤩 I bagni hanno una doccia enorme e super moderna e l’host fornisce tutto il necessario. C’è inoltre un parcheggio privato per gli ospiti se venite in macchina: il centro di Thira in macchina si raggiunge in 5 minuti, a piedi circa 30 minuti. Super consigliato anche per il prezzo!

Four best friends stayed here together and it was simply perfection. We each had a private and spacious double room with windows opening to views of Santorini from every angle. Slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Fira but still within close proximity to restaurants and cafes in Imerovigli and Fira. The facilities were immaculate, it felt like a dream waking up here every morning with our sparkling blue pool and views of the ocean. The beds were so comfortable with many pillows to choose from. The host was so kind and accomodating and gave us so much information and recommendations for sites, beaches, views and restaurants. The house was cleaned every day and although there are other villas on the site, it was still extremely private, peaceful and secure. Although, slightly away from the main towns/villages, we loved the seclusion and with a car it was very easy and accessible. Many food delivery options! Would love to come back here again. Me and my friends absolutely loved it!

Very beautiful stay here! It’s in a great location, amazing views and easily walkable to sunset spots and restaurants and Fira isn’t far either. Very easy access to both the Fira to Oia walk and Skaros rock - these were my highlights. I really recommend the pink room for the best view (the other rooms have a slightly more distanced view) and more space. If staying in colder months make sure to use the AC unit for the heater and that you ask for extra blankets. Ntaiana was very accommodating and friendly!

Meilleur Airbnb que j’ai pu expérimenter de toute ma vie. Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la plage Kamari, des restaurations, des épiceries ouvertes 24h/24, des DAB et des arrêts de Bus. Outre cela, l’hôtel en lui-même est magnifique, et tres propre. La piscine est tres jolie, donne sur une belle vue, le jacuzzi également est incroyable ! Tout est fait pour que vous passez un séjour inoubliable. Ensuite, Le petit-déjeuner servi est copieux, varié et en grande quantité. Finalement, le plus important, le personnel de l’hôtel est juste adorable. Très gentils, à l’écoute, souriants. C’est toujours agréable de discuter avec. Petit coucou à Erika qui nous a aidé et guidé pendant tout notre séjour ! Foncez les yeux fermés !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’appartement est propre, bien décoré et parfaitement conforme aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des transports et des commerces. L’hôte a été très accueillant(e), réactif(ve) et de bon conseil. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Tonia fut EXCELLENTE
