A propriedade encontra-se toda cercada. Animais de estimação são permitidos. A casa tem um excelente conforto térmico no Verão e no Inverno.

Esta é uma casa com jardim e piscina, com uma grande área exterior de convívio e barbecue. Está inserida numa propriedade com outra casa de hóspedes mas com total privacidade. Jardim, piscina e entrada (portão) são privados para cada uma das casas. Está localizada numa zona de pinhal muito calma, ideal para fazer caminhadas. A praia mais próxima é a Aberta a Nova. (7/10 min - carro) . Melides está também a cerca de 10 minutos. Grandola, Carvalhal ou Comporta estão a cerca de 15 a 30 min.
