Ferienunterkünfte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in Alcochete

My partner and I stayed for six weeks at this Airbnb and it was a wonderful experience. The location is incredible. Minutes away from the train station. Easy walk to a grocery store. Quiet and peaceful location tucked right behind some of the best museums and sights in the city. The apartment itself was pristine and beautiful. And although it doesn’t have any windows, it still got some light and felt very comfortable and cozy. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and accommodated every need. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again.

Fijne ruimte, goede bedden, beetje gek ingerichte woonkamer waardoor we liever in de( zeer grote, goed uitgeruste en aangename) keuken met zijn allen hebben gezeten na een maaltijd en met een glaasje wijn. Fijne balkon. Master bedroom heeft een ruime badkamer, en op het eerste gezicht ook een bad… wat bij nader inzien gewoon een riante instap douche is. Aldus niet te vroeg juichen dat je een bad hebt! De handdoeken blijven lang vochtig om dat er een schattig( lees te klein) houten rekje daar voor bedoeld is. Gelukkig kan men op het balkonnetje op een fijne rek de handdoeken drogen. All met all hebben we een fijne verblijf gehad.

This place was fantastic! The apartment is very modern and spacious, with excellent facilities – having laundry and AC was a huge plus, and the kitchen was really well-equipped. There were several things for our toddler such as a stool, crib, baby potty and more. The host was also great; they were very proactive in communicating with us throughout our stay, including during and right after the national power outage, which we really appreciated. They even dropped by to show us around, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood is great too, very quiet and a nice escape from the usual tourist hustle. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything as expected. Eventhough a power shortage happened in Lisbon, she offered solutions for the challenges that emerged because of it.

I cannot recommend Maria’s Airbnb enough! We enjoyed it so much, that we’ve actually stayed here twice! The location couldn’t be better. It’s very close to Rossio station, making it easy to get on transit. Right outside the door of the building is a quiet square (no road traffic!) with amazing restaurants and patios. The apartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The beds are comfortable and the linens clean and soft. The apartment had lots of space for myself, my husband and my son. Maria even put rails on the bed in the smaller room for my toddler :) On a personal note - we arrived to the Airbnb right after the major blackout in Portugal and Spain in April 2025. Maria checked in on us and made sure we were safe, which I truly appreciated.

Fantastic place.! Very spacious and very clean. We stayed 4 nights. The hosts made us feel welcomed and were very responsive. The place is close to lots of restaurants. Safe location.

Nós amamos a localização, o apartamento e o cuidado da anfitriã Catarina do Residentas. O apartamento é igual ao das fotos, muito bonito, próximo de pontos turísticos, bares e restaurantes. Tem uma vista da varanda linda também. Apensar de estar localizado numa rua muito movimentada, há proteção acústica e nós dormimos com total tranquilidade (a casa ainda oferece protetores auriculares, pra quem for mais sensível). Fomos recebidos com uma mesa posta para café com alguns doces. Cápsulas de expresso, geleias etc. O apartamento é maravilhoso. Faço ainda um elogio a Catarina, que muito nos ajudou atendendo nossas ligações e nos auxiliando com o checkin e checkout flexíveis, pois chegamos num dia um pouco chuvoso e o apartamento já estava pronto pra gente entrar horas antes do acertado. Da mesma forma, quando fomos embora estava chovendo e ela permitiu que a gente aguardasse um pouco mais no local. Não há ponto negativo. Voltarei mais vezes e indicarei o Residentas.

Jerusas property is stunning. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, had everything you could need in a holiday home. Host is very clear with communication and so helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Guests should make sure to have a car as although by car you can reach many locations within 3-5 minutes, by walking it could be a little more difficult. Overall experience was fantastic and very relaxing.

We had the most incredible experience staying at these villas! We rented both neighboring villas so our closest friends and family could join us to celebrate our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. João was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process, and the villas were spotless upon arrival. The location is ideal, not too far from Lisbon, but still peaceful and private. We had the best time and couldn’t have asked for a better place to host such a special occasion. Highly, highly recommend!

Mijn beste ervaring tot nu toe, we konden ons aanmelden vanaf 16u omdat alles ervoor gekuist moest worden. Maar verder konden we zelf bepalen wanneer we zouden aankomen. Zowel het hele huis als de jacuzzi waren volledig schoongemaakt. Er stond zelf een fles wijn voor ons klaar als welkomstgeschenk, iets dat we zeker hebben geapreccieerd. Die avond nog is Barbara ons een kleine rondleiding komen geven van het huis. Verder heeft ze altijd meteen geantwoord en stuurde ze ook alle nodige info over winkels en activiteiten. Zeer tevreden met deze ervaring!

Eine niedliche kleine Wohnung - ausreichend für zwei Personen in einer ruhigen Gegend. Mit Mietauto, Zug, Metro und/oder Bus haben wir Lissabon und die Küste sowie Cascais, Porto Covo, Cobo do Roco, Sintra und Belém erkundet. Danke für die Restauranttipps, wir haben Joana com a Tapa in Alcochete ausprobiert und uns wohlgefühlt.

Very responsive host with very detailed instructions, making it easy to check into apartment. The apartment is exactly as described and per the pictures convenient parking, which was also included with very helpful.

This is a very nice AirBNB and a great apartment for exploring Lisbon. The apartment is very well equipped and is very clean. It also has an excellent location with nearby grocery stores, restaurants and transportation resources. The location is close to the Praco do Commercio, one of our favorite Lisbon neighborhoods and really in the thick of things in terms of Lisbon attractions. The apartment is also very close to metro, tram and bus lines. The apartment building has an attendant who was very helpful, and let us store bags when we arrived early the first day; and while we were waiting to catch a flight on the last day.

Beautiful flat with high end appliances & furnished very nicely. Responded immediately to any questions. Entire process from arrival to departure was well curated. The tip about the flamingo was the icing on the cake for ease of finding your way home❤️

Hanna and her colleague were responsive and pleasant. The location was perfect - quiet but lots of restos, coffee shops, and an amazing ice cream and pastel de nata place a minute away. And the unit was a good size and had character.

Apartment was spotless, came with a large living room and kitchen, 2 en suites and a communal bathroom. Fantastic location and lots to do within a few minutes walk. Would stay again without any doubt.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The appartment is big, clean, so well furnished and the communication with owners was excellent. The location is perfect if you want to discover the center of Lisboa easily. I definitely recommend it.
