The apartment is in a great area, beautiful views, lots of restaurants to walk to. It was extremely hot days and air conditioning worked perfect. The apartment is obviously new so everything functioned well. The elevator is wonderful, it allows for anyone to be able to rent it and enjoy the area. The shower is walk in, not sure if wheelchair accessible. The restaurant on ground floor of building has a great rating. Many delicious restaurants in walking distance. The host communicated promptly and friendly. I can highly recommend this stay. It is a very small studio so only for two but comfortable.

Ho soggiornato presso questo ottimo appartamento per 10 giorni, mi sono trovato benissimo, tutto perfetto la posizione che era comodissima! Consigliato!

הדירה הייתה פשוט נפלאה. מהרגע הראשון Geir נתן לנו המלצות מגוונות והיה אדיב ורחב לב. הדירה מאובזרת בצורה מדהימה - כלי מטבח, שמיכות, ספרים ומגוון עצום של כלי זכוכית ליין ומשקאות. העיצוב שלה מיוחד ומשרה תחושה נעימה וביתית. החניה נוחה, ניתן להגיע למרכז העיירה ברגל ולהנות מהשקט והחנויות הקטנות. במרחק נסיעה נמצאים מוקדי עניין כמו פסטיבל הכמהין ובנק היין באוניברסיטה למדעי הגסטרונומיה. מומלץ מאוד!

Sabrina è un'ospite davvero gentile e premurosa. Ti fa sentire a casa. L'appartamento è in un palazzo signorile, e vedere il mare dal balcone è sempre una emozione. La posizione strategica: zona semicentrale con servizi di ogni tipo. E poi il posto auto dedicato semplifica non poco il soggiorno. Grazie ancora per tutto!

Milena and Lorenzo’s apartment is beautiful, authentic Italian feeling apartment. Beautifully decorated, practical and easy to use, with very comfortable beds and spacious. Lorenzo and Milena were friendly, easy to communicate and being proactive, so it was easy to ask any questions. Lorenzo met us at the metro station to walk to the Airbnb, and gave us a good introduction of the city including suggestions of places to visit, eat etc. He gave us a city map so it was easy for us to start sightseeing straightaway. Among the places he recommended for us, we especially enjoyed a full day boat trip. It was only 6 minutes’ walk to the boat, and it was very nice to see beautiful houses from the sea. Airbnb’s location is ideal, close to Metro station, close to sea and many tourist sights and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our 7-night stay at the GreenHouse. It's in a convenient, central location within Centro Storico, walkable to pretty much everything. Countless good restaurants, some that are literally right on your doorstep, and the rest within a 10 minute walk. The property is cozy and well supplied with everything you need, as well as some generous welcome amenities like fresh trofie al pesto and local desserts. Definitely above and beyond most Airbnbs. To nitpick: it's a little dark inside, but about what we expected from the caruggi of Genova. The main bed is on the small side for two people and could be slightly more comfortable, but on par with most Airbnbs in the price range. And there is a bit of noise - being in the bustling Centro Storico, as you would expect. Giulia was a great host; she welcomed us personally, showed us around the flat and gave helpful recommendations. Really enjoyed the stay overall, would return!

Alloggiare presso la struttura offerta da Gian Luca non è semplicemente trovare un ottimo punto per visitare Genova ma è un’esperienza a 360 gradi. La struttura è davvero bella, pulita e offre tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Il posto è perfetto: da lì si può raggiungere qualsiasi angolo di città (e non solo) che si vuole visitare. E poi Gian Luca. Gentilissimo, disponibilissimo e sempre pronto per qualsiasi richiesta. In pratica Gian Luca ti mette a disposizione tutto ciò che di Genova conosce, ti consiglia, ti aiuta a fugare ogni dubbio ed è sempre lì nel caso tu ne abbia bisogno. Ti coccola. Non è colui che ti prova a “vendere” la città ma è estremamente sincero ed appassionato e ti descrive Genova così com’è aiutandoti a vivere davvero i tuoi giorni di soggiorno. Tutto ciò che ci è stato consigliato (da luoghi a cibo) è stato esattamente così come descritto. Davvero ne vale la pena. Estremamente consigliato! 😊

A wonderful stay in Martina's place, one of our favourites in the 4 weeks we have been travelling. Plenty of space, excellent washing machine and great layout. We especially loved the sunny balcony! Would absolutely stay again!

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend,grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità di Pietro e la moglie,che ti accolgono come a casa loro!!!! La casa è bellissima come nelle foto, molto accogliente e dispone di ogni confort per un’ottimo soggiorno, e in più è pulitissima!!!!! La zona è molto centrale e tranquilla,è con pochi passi si raggiunge ogni attrazione della città!

È stato un soggiorno molto gradevole! L'unico problema è stato avere male ai piedi per quanto abbiamo camminato, e le due rampe di scale a fine giornata mi hanno sempre dato il colpo di grazia 😂 Alloggio veramente comodo per raggiungere il porto antico (dove c'erano i nostri punti di interesse) e veramente ricco di posti dove poter andare a mangiare. Mi ha sorpresa la colazione piuttosto costosa (manco fossimo in Piazza San Marco a Venezia!! 😅) fatta al Caffè degli Specchi...ma pazienza 🤷🏻‍♀️ Meglio senz'altro quella fatta al bar in Piazza delle Erbe 😉 Un plauso a Giancarlo che è sempre stato molto disponibile a darci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, in breve tempo! Molto consigliato!!

Appartement très bien situé pour se balader dans Gênes et visiter les villes voisines. La rue est calme. Le logement est très propre, fonctionnel, et conforme aux photos. Merci Paola pour votre réactivité lors de nos échanges. Je recommande cet appartement !

I’ve stayed here several times and this is my preferred Airbnb in Pavia. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is a good size compared to many. Will doubtless stay again.

In cinquanta minuti da Milano ti trovi in un paradiso: colline, vigneti e casa Percivalle con una splendida piscina solo per voi. Il silenzio regna sovrano, solo i grilli. Ti senti libera e in pace. Perfect for smaller groups with the two bed rooms. Clean appartment with a nice balcony and amazing views of Monforte and beyond. Super location in walking distance from everything you need in Monforte. Second stay in the appartment, and will absolutely come back again.

È stato un gran piacere soggiornare da Marzia e Amedeo, ottima posizione nel cuore del Monferrato. Preziosi i consigli dell'host e molto utile il vademecum della zona in camera a disposizione degli ospiti. Dovessimo tornare in quella zona, saremo sicuramente lieti di soggiornare nuovamente a cascina Vanara.

This place deserves a 6/5 everything was impeccable. Fabrizio and Frederico were very welcoming. The apartment is perfect and equipped with everything you need. The views over the rolling hills were lovely and surprised me as I didn't know this part of Italy was so beautiful. Fabrizio went out of his way to help us make a restaurant booking and we were given the best table and treated like kings.

Review for the Airbnb: Out of the many Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at this is by far one of my favorites. I hope to make it back to this quaint town Andezeno in Italy. Perfect views of the country side while in a beautiful brick home, decorated beyond belief. Your eyes will constantly find something new in every corner you look. The hosts are two of the nicest people you might ever meet. The pool is clean, the flowers are beautiful. I hope to see you both again Massimo e Ale. Grazie mille. ❤️

Großzügiges Apartment über 2 Etagen. Traumhafte Terrasse mit kleiner Außenküche, großem Garten und Pool. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern dort. Für insgesamt 6 Personen stößt die Küche aber ihre Grenzen. Es stehen z.B. nur 2 Kochplatten zur Verfügung. Der Standort ist zentral für Ausflüge ins schöne Piemont. Einkäufe muss man mit einem Auto erledigen. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche.

Really enjoyed our stay in Bart and Odiels beautiful property. A lovely conversion which provided everything needed for a luxurious stay in stunning surroundings. Walkable to local village yet completely surrounded by vineyards. Great communication with the host and I would absolutely recommend a stay in this beautiful part of the world. Séjour sublime! L'appartement est très idéal pour un couple avec un chien. Il est bien équipé et le lit est très confortable. L'emplacement est au calme avec un splendide extérieur qui donne envie de profiter du lieu et des alentours! A proximité de magnifiques endroits entre verdure, cascade et mer mais la voiture nous paraît indispensable pour profiter pleinement de ces atouts. Federico est un propriétaire en or, il habite au-dessus mais se montre très discret, disponible, réactif et doté de plein de bons conseils! Nous avons adoré notre séjour et n'avons rien à redire!
