Situé à quelques km de Châtillon en Bazois, centre de la France, à seulement 3 petites heures de Paris, le « Chalet des Chaumes de Villeneuve» est situé au milieu d’un grand jardin et entouré de chênes centenaires, le tout à quelques pas du canal du Nivernais. Son caractère unique et le calme des lieux vous offriront un séjour authentique et confortable au cœur de la Nièvre, dans le Bazois, avec vue sur le Morvan. Proche des commodités: boulangerie, supermarché, pharmacie à moins de 10 mins.

Gîte ancienne ferme "La Chevêche"

Maison fermière indépendante fraîchement restaurée et entourée d'un jardin extérieur clôturé. * Aménagements extérieurs : - une terrasse de 50 m², - un salon de jardin, - une table (10 personnes), - une pergola, - un barbecue / brasero, - plantes aromatiques. * Aménagements intérieurs : - un grand salon / salle à manger, - un espace bibliothèque modulable en chambre, - une cuisine équipée - deux chambres, - une SDB (douche + baignoire), - un WC séparé. Animaux acceptés sous conditions.

Notre Échelle deux

Een heerlijk licht huis direct naast Notre Échelle 1. Met In de tuin een zwembad met groot zonneterras. In 2024 verbouwd naar een vakantiehuis waar je een combinatie treft van oude elementen uit de naastgelegen boerderij met nieuwe elementen als een nieuwe keuken en badkamer. Het huis staat aan de rand van het dorp Alluy aan de voet van de Morvan. Je vind hier rust, het mooie platteland maar ook de gezelligheid van de zeer nabij gelegen dorpjes en haventjes langs het Canal de Nivernais.

chambre tonneau insolite

Le tonneau est un logement insolite situé dans un jardin attenant à un gîte d'étape. Cocooning assuré dans ce tonneau de 12 m² où tout le confort est présent (chauffage, électricité, table, bancs). La SDB ( douche, lavabo, WC) est située dans un bâtiment à proximité des tonneaux. Des bains de soleil et salon de jardin permettent de profiter du jardin. Les infrastructures du gite d'étape peuvent être utilisées. Le petit déjeuner est proposé à 11 € / pers et est réservable en arrivant.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Maison Papillon

U heeft de beschikking over een eigen huisje met terras. De gîte is naast mijn huis en is meer dan 100 jaar oud . De bakker is op loopafstand. Er zijn mooie wandelingen in deze omgeving waarvan enkele beginnend vanaf de gîte. Fietsliefhebbers kunnen ook hun hart ophalen. Het Lac de Panneciere is 9 km vanaf de gîte en ideaal voor zwemmen en vissen. Op 15 km afstand ligt het stadje Corbigny waar meerdere supermarkten en restaurants zijn en alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen.

Petite maison agréable avec magnifique vue et grande terrasse dans petit village Bourguignon à 30mn de Vézelay et 45mn de Nevers. Cadre reposant, nombreux chemins de ballades . Commerces à 2 km.
