excelente departamento la pasamos muy agusto, es muy comodo todo super limpio, es muy bonito y todo esta nuevo, el personal de recepcion super amable, esperamos poder coincidir de nuevo! felicidades!

Excelente estadía, muy buena comunicación, muy flexibles con el check out y por sobre todo, el departamento coincidía a la perfección con la publicación. Volvería a quedarme aquí mismo sin dudas!

The wonderful thing about Ambers flat is the view. From the 18th floor the view is stunning, across Palermo and the green open spaces beyond to the River Plate, and on a clear day the shores of Uruguay beyond that. The flat itself is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows letting in light from two sides, sunrise from one side and sunset from the other. It is well equipped, with a washer and dryer within the flat, a large TV in the main room, and great storage space in the bedroom. On the ground floor of the building there is a good sized swimming pool and recreation area. It is positioned within the best part of Palermo Soho, right next to the recreational space of Los Arcos (which you can look down on from the flat) with its restaurants and high end retail outlets, and also a great gym called Megatlon. Highly recommended !

Andrea foi muito solícita e atenciosa desde o momento da reserva até o nosso check-out, sempre nos respondendo de forma rápida e gentil. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, próximo ao metrô e de mercados e restaurantes. Encontramos o apartamento limpo e organizado, além de muito bem equipado. Também deixo nossos agradecimentos a Liz, que nos recebeu no momento do check-in e nos orientou sobre tudo de forma bastante clara. Recomendo a todos a hospedagem, e sem dúvidas pretendo reservar novamente em uma próxima oportunidade!

I really liked staying at Mariana's place. There is a lot of light in the apartment. Nice balcony and a pool and a gym in the building made the whole difference for me. The neighbourhood is great and I'll probably be back.

Una joya de estadía en Argentina. Ocho días perfectos con un host siempre atento, presente sin invadir. Me sentí cuidado, cómodo y en casa. Sin duda, me encantaría volver al mismo Airbnb.

La verdad q da gusto dar con este tipo de gente siempre dispuesta a dar el mejor confort y haciendo las cosas bien fácil,gracias por alojarnos seguro q volveremos,lugar espectacular

Hermoso departamento, excelente ubicación. Amplio, luminoso, con todas las comodidades. El edificio es tranquilo, no se escuchan ruidos del exterior. Seguro. Al llegar, el portero no me dejó ingresar y me hicieron esperar abajo hasta que chequearan mis datos, y bajó a buscarme quién me estaba esperando. Pero aguardé dentro del edificio, por lo que no hubo problemas. La zona de la pileta también es linda, aún cuando no hace calor, para tomar aire y descansar en los sillones. Seguramente regresaré.

I’ve stayed at this apartment a few times now. The hosts are great. Marcelo gave a perfect welcome with very clear instructions. Very clean apartment with more amenities than are listed. And I liked the welcome basket with wine and kitchen amenities. Such nice and unexpected touches that make the experience special.

O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos e extremamente limpo (o que para mim foi um fator muito positivo)! Graciela nos atendeu muito bem e foi extremamente proativa em nossas dúvidas! Pretendo retornar em breve!

The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained. It looks like the pictures. It has two air conditioners. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s very comfortable to have a full bathroom and a half bathroom. The surrounding areas are very nice and it’s very well located in Nuñez neighborhood near the subway, buses and train. The area is safe and walkable. The building has amenities and security. The check in and check out times are flexible if the apartment is not rented. The host was friendly and extremely responsive. She let us stay later as our plane left at night. We had a great time. I’ll definitely go back.

Eine ganz tolle, große unterkunft, in der wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Die Gastgeber haben uns immer geholfen, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Das Bett ist bequem, es gibt eine große Küche, es ist ruhig und wir haben uns in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Es gibt auch einen Balkon und einen Pool und eine kostenfreie Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

La estadia ha sido excelente. La comunicacion con Fernando/Viviana, ha sido clara y fluida. El departamento se encuentra ubicado con dos entradas, la cual una da a una avenida importante, la cual posee comercios y supermercados. Cerca de cafeterias y demas. El departamento es acogedor y las instalaciones como la pileta a disposicion 24 hs es excelente. Grata estadia.

Der Kontakt und die Absprachen mit Valeria waren super freundlich, schnell und einfach. Wir haben uns in ihrem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt - wäre es noch etwas wärmer gewesen, hätten wir sicherlich auch den Pool genutzt. 😊 Die Waschmaschinen im 15. Stock kann man problemlos nach dem Erwerb von Coins (im nebenanliegenden Kiosk) nutzen. Ein Tipp: frühes aufstehen lohnt sich, dann sind alle noch frei. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt haben wir, für den Valeria allerdings absolut nichts kann. In einer Wohnung nebenan hat ein Bewohner einige Hunde, welche mehrmals am Tag (auch mitten in der Nacht) vor der Gassi Runde und bei der Rückkehr extrem laut bellen. Das hat uns einige Male aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Ansonsten war alles liebevoll hergerichtet und wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!!

Sin duda debo destacar que los Anfitriones fueron muy atentos y amables, respondieron con rapidez siempre y estuvieron predispuestos a ayudarnos y brindarnos información. La casa es una casa grande en Palermo Soho, la zona y la Ubicación es muy buena. Por supuesto como toda casa de Palermo, es una casa vieja con detalles, pero el precio abonado es proporcional a la calidad del lugar. Pasamos unos días lindos en la casa.

La casa es hermosa, super práctica, con un montón de ambientes bien separados y segura. El barrio también es precioso. La verdad no se puede pedir nada más. El check in y el check out también fueron super flexibles y cómodos. Súper recomendable!

La estadía estuvo muy bien y el lugar era tal cual las imágenes. Súper aprovechable el piso con el parrillero ! Solo que no tuvimos wifi en toda la estadía y no pudo solucionarse por ser días feriados. Más allá de estos puntos volveríamos a ir !
