Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Tout été parfait vis à vis du logement cependant nous avons été hors saison de qui a fait qu’il y avais très très peu de chose proposer beaucoup de commerce et restaurant fermé …. Mais Alvaro a été super !! Légère odeur sur le canapé nous avons donc acheter du spray désodorisant

Lugar acogedor con unas vistas y entorno muy relajante para desconectar. Magnífico diseño y lugar acogedor. Merecería la pena repetir.

Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

La casa es igual que en las fotos, estaba limpia y muy bien equipada. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, está en una buena localización para visitar Cabo de Gata y distintas playas. Se puede aparcar cerca de la casa con facilidad. Juan José ha sido muy amable y muy atento en todo momento. Recomiendo mucho su alojamiento.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean, very well equipped with everything you could need - and a perfect location next to the beach. It was also very near to many different cafes and restaurants and has a private drive to securely park the car. Everything was perfect for our trip - it was a quiet location in April but might be a little noisy in the summer period. We would be very happy to return. Thank you!

absolute gem in Aguadulce. the house was clean and comfortable, felt like home straight away. it had all of the nescessary equipment for the rooms and kitchen included. we didn't have a car but the hill is manageable- takes about 20mins to climb up from cottage centre. the views from the apartment were fabulous and the neighborhood is peaceful. the only downside was that the upstairs room didn't have WiFi working, other than that - everything was great and it's totally worth the money we paid! thabk you Antonio for being so good at communication!

Really beautiful house- massive living space, much bigger than we imagined from the pictures, and wonderful garden. A really peaceful location too. Lovely hosts and lots of helpful recommendations- thank you!

Felt right at home in this lovely house. only a few minutes to walk to the numerous restaurants, shops and beach. Our favourite part was the sunny roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. Luis and Roco were perfect hosts. Excellent communication and eager to please. Highly recommend.

Si necesitas un alojamiento con todas las comodidades para visitar la zona de Las Negras, este es el lugar perfecto. Sentirás que estas como en casa, Bartolome te hace todo facíl desde que llegas. Tienes todo lo necesario para un viaje increíble, no hace falta coger el coche para visitar el pueblo, ir a la playa o hacer rutas, que esto es un plus. Puedes refrescarte en su maravillosa piscina y disfrutar de la compañía de los tuyos en un salón con unas vistas increíble, repetiré eso es seguro! Gracias por todo!

El apartamento muy amplio, limpio y bien ubicado. Zona tranquila y cerca de todos los lugares de interés que queríamos visitar. Antonio muy atento a todo lo que le preguntamos y el servicio de limpieza también muy bueno. Repetiremos en verano para disfrutar de las playas.

We were a party of five and we all agreed that the Villa was spotless and well equipped with all the necessary cutlery and kitchen utensils.The pool was very deep at one end it was probably built before present safety regulations in force now, A key box at the property would help a lot we had no transport otherwise we had a great time Restaurant's all very good. Nuestra estancia fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, Carmen estuvo siempre disponible y atenta por teléfono, y nos recibió puntualmente con una actitud muy amable y cercana. Nos explicó todo sobre la casa con claridad y calidez, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el principio. El alojamiento es fantástico, cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle, con una limpieza impecable. No le falta absolutamente nada: está completamente equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Además, la ubicación es ideal, en un entorno muy tranquilo y solo a 3 minutos del pueblo. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.

Das Haus liegt fantastisch mitten im Ort und in einer sehr schönen Anlage mit Pool. Es ist sehr großzügig über drei Etagen mit drei Duschen/Bädern und insgesamt fünf Terrassen bzw. Balkonen. Die Dachterrasse ist einmalig! Kleines Manko: die sehr kleine Terrasse im Erdgeschoss bietet nur Platz für einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, so dass wir zum Essen immer auf die große Terrasse im 2. Stock mussten. Hier wäre ein neuer Tisch für sechs Personen wünschenswert, außerdem ein Sonnenschirm.

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné avec mon mari et mes 4 enfants dans cette maison avec une superbe et grande piscine. Les hôtes sont souriant et a l’écoute et disponible pour toute chose.. Très belle maison avec tout à disposition. Vraiment je recommande à 100 pour 100 !! Merci pour tout !

Une ravissante maison surplombant la mer, une vue incroyable ! Simone et Martin avait tout préparé pour notre arrivée : lits prêts, boissons fraîches, pain beurre et confiture pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain… ils sont adorables ! La maison était impeccablement propre, bien équipée et la piscine est top. Bref : tout était parfait ! Le seul «  bémol «  n’est pas du fait de nos hôtes : la jolie petite plage à proximité n’est pas toujours respectée autant qu’elle le devrait par certains riverains.

We travelled as a family of four. The house was immaculate and perfect for our needs. Elisabeth and Werner have equipped the house with everything you would need for a family holiday. They were keen to offer advice and were always available if needed, although we had everything we required. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room which works well. We enjoyed meals on the front patio and the roof terrace. The children loved having the use of a pool so close to the house. Shops, beaches and several restaurants are within walking distance. The beaches and plaza area are lively in the evenings but the house is on a quiet private street. We chose Casa Elisabeth for a relaxing family holiday and we had a fantastic time.

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en la casa: es un sitio en el cual inmediatamente te sientes como en casa: la ubicación es perfecta: muy cerca del centro de Agua Amarga, pero con mucha tranquilidad, y a pesar de ser un adosado, el diseño de las casas es tal que tienes mucha intimidad. La casa tiene absolutamente de todo, no falta detalle. El trato con Michael y Gisela impecable: contestan de inmediato, y todo muy fácil. Es una vivienda muy, muy recomendable si quieres pasar unos días relajados y tranquilos en esta zona de Cabo de Gata.

Schön geräumiges Haus. Wir waren sehr wohl als Familie. Das Dorf hat Charme. Strand direkt vor der Tür.

Todo muy bien desde que llegamos, disfrutamos las vacaciones en la estancia, todo en orden y la comunicación excelente, muchas gracias!! ☺️☺️
