Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Almería

Andrés es super atento y amable y aunque estuvo de vacaciones en nuestra estancia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. El piso es muy bonito con unas vistas a la playa fantásticas. Lo único de lo que me podría "quejar" es que cuando reservamos nos prometió una cesta de bienvenida con cerveza, pero parece ser que se le olvidó. Por lo demás todo genial. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand – besser geht es wirklich nicht. Auch die Parksituation war perfekt, es gab direkt vor der Tür genügend Parkplätze. Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Wohnung war super sauber und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – und sogar noch mehr! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Strand mit Blick auf die Palmen. Vor dem Haus sind viele kostenlose Parkplätze und man ist gut angebunden. Schöne moderne Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Toller Urlaub.

We were very happy with the apartment, it was very functional, large, plenty of light, nice bathrooms with great showers, we had everything we needed and the terrace with direct sea view was just amazing! The position of the apartment was also excellent, just a few steps from the beach and conveniently reached by car. There was a bit of noise coming from the neighbors (loud TV on same wall with bedroom) and also the smell of cooking came through the bathroom ventilation when neighbors were cooking. This is not something Salva can control, so I didn't take it as a direct negative point for his beautiful apartment, plus he is already putting solutions in place for these issue :) Salva is a great host, he met us directly for check in, he was very responsive for an issue we had with the coffee machine (he brought us a new one!), and we had a great time here in beautiful Aguadulce.

Muy bonito, todo limpio y ordenado. Fácil acceso a la playa.

El alojamiento estaba en perfecto estado de limpieza y la relación con el anfitrión ha sido correcta y cordial.

Apartamento bien ubicado con todos los servicios disponibles en una urbanización tranquila. El apartamento está bien equipado con buena decoración y muchos detalles por parte del propietario. Es amplio y con una terraza con vistas. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable.

Nos ha encantado pasar el puente aquí. El apartamento estaba muy bien y la terraza con vistas estupendas. Ademas, Las Negras nos ha robado un hueco en nuestro corazón. Volveremos seguro. ¡Gracias María!

Magisch! Een ontzettend fijn huisje op een prachtige plek. Heerlijk terras met een fantastisch uitzicht. De sterrenhemel en het licht van de vuurtoren zorgde voor een extra mooie ervaring.

la casa muy bonita y muy amplia. las habitaciones muy fresquitas y por la noche se dormía en la gloria. Las dos habitaciones dan a una terraza. Además la azotea dan la vistas al mar maravilloso. Todo muy bien la ubicación de la casa está genial a 5 min de la playa andando y del centro urbano 10 min además. tiene a 5 min el centro de salud. Excelentísimo trato por parte de Julia muy atenta a todo. Os animo que vayáis esta de lujo.

El apartamento es precioso ,estaba reluciente y olía fenomenal, Marian es una anfitriona excelente nos dio indicaciones de la zona y nos recomendó varios sitios, sin duda volveremos

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. La comunicación con Arantza fácil y con instrucciones claras (incluso con vídeos) La limpieza estupenda, estaba todo perfecto. El apartamento es bastante cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La azotea, aunque sin amueblar es ideal para ver las estrellas en una noche clara, de hecho estuvimos hasta media noche disfrutándolas en el silencio de la noche, una maravilla. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 3 minutos de la playa y de la plaza del pueblo con variedad para comer y desayunar. A pesar de estar en el centro, hay un aparcamiento público gratuito a pocos metros del apartamento en el que siempre hemos encontrado hueco

Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Sandra ha sido muy buena anfitriona. Al apartamento no le faltaba un detalle (muy a valorar todo) y era todo tal y como se describe en las fotos. Ha sido flexible con nuestra llegada y nuestra salida y la comunicación ha sido perfecta en todo momento. El apartamento es justo lo que buscábamos: sitio tranquilo, a un minuto del mar y con buena oferta de bares y restaurantes por la zona. Hemos estado muy bien, sitio muy recomendable.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem 2 jährigen Kind. Wohnung ist größer als sie auf den Bildern wirkt. Tolle Terrasse auf der man meist windgeschützt den Meerblick genießen konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

El apartamento está muy bien,cómo en las imágenes, el anfitrión muy agradable, contesta muy pronto.

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

Een hele mooie rustige locatie met veel groen. De woning is relatief nieuw, superschoon en met alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een zwembad binnen het complex. De communicatie met Maria verliep heel soepel en snel. Een zeer positieve ervaring en zeker een aanrader.

Amazing place to stay . Very clean, has central air-conditioning 👌🏻. Marta was very helpful, kids forgot the apartment keys inside, She came and help us to get in again. We'll go back again.
