Only 6 mins from historical Annapolis Royal. Last minute/same day bookings always welcome. Once used for horse carriages, I converted this into a private, self-contained tiny house/guest suite. (It has a kitchenette; however it is not suitable for large scale, full course cooking.) Spectacular views of North mountain, nestled in the famed fertile Annapolis Valley. Peach tree growing region. Railway turned nature trail practically across the street, beyond ballpark, perfect for cycling into town.

Situated in an 1885 heritage house in beautiful Annapolis Royal Nova Scotia, our loft is a lovely and comfortable space. Guests can walk and enjoy Annapolis Royal easily. If you can be here for Satuday mornings... the Annapolis Farmer's Market is a wonder. A short drive will take you to Digby for Scallops or go a little further South to see the character and beauty of the Acadian Shore. Enjoy this serene space immersed in nature. Van’s house, with 38 acres of fields, overlooks the Bay of Fundy from N. Mountain (600’ elev.). Swimming lake is 1/2 mile away. There is one small bedroom with queen bed, and living room has sliding door to create 2nd bedroom with pull out full futon. Kitchen/dining room has lots of counter space/ no dishwasher. One full bathroom with tub/shower. Washing machine/ no dryer (clothesline and rack are provided). Only 1st floor accommodations available.

Located on the beautiful scenic Bay of Fundy you will find yourself relaxing while watching fishing boats, seals and breathtaking sunsets, from either the spacious lower deck or from the upper balcony just off the bedroom. The cottage itself is equipped with high speed internet and is a spacious modern rustic design which sleeps 2-4 . Access the shoreline for a hike where you can collect treasures such as sea glass and driftwood.
