Barbati-Beach 10`), der absoluten Ruhe abseits der grossen Resorts, der schönen Natur zum Spazieren, dem grossen Garten (3500m2), dem typisch griechischen Dorf Spartylas (2 Minuten Fussweg) mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés bzw. Restaurants, der Privatsphäre (jedes Zimmer mit Ensuite-Badezimmer).

Has a cozy covered personal veranda that faces directly the sea and literally uncovers the blue horizon ahead. The main street, where you will find super markets, cafes, grills and all the consumables you might need, is just 5 minutes away by car. The route is beautiful, the road with sections of asphalt, dirt and gravel, passes through olive groves and vineyards.

Relaxed, easy-going villa right on the sea, where everyone can do their own thing — swimming, chilling, cooking, even working — all at once. No need to get ready for the beach; you’re already there. If you feel like exploring, the village of Benitses is a short walk away, and Corfu Town is just a 12 km scenic drive along the coast. There is also the bus to town 30 meters from the house.

Elpida's country house is a peaceful family cottage located in a small traditional village, Kritika where you can find market and coffee-drink place. The house is less than 8 mins driving from Ai Gordis beach and 10 from Lefkimmi center.
