Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Sarete al centro di un piccolo e tranquillo centro abitato.. ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Roma prendendo il treno li vicino a 600 mt (30 minuti per Roma). Volendo potrete raggiungere il mare in soli 10 minuti di macchina (20 di treno). Vicino casa ci sono 2 bar e qualche negozio. Il parcheggio auto è riservato, ma su strada; per le moto parcheggio interno. A vostra disposizione balcone privato e terrazza attrezzata per pranzare all'aria aperta⛱️ recintata! The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
