Ferienunterkünfte auf dem Bauernhof in Arcadia

Stunningly beautiful surroundings, tranquil and instantly relaxing. The house is very beautifully decorated, built to a high standard, impeccably clean and super charming! Dominic and Eirini are wonderful hosts. We booked our next stay already. For our fellow travelers: if you drive from Athens to Tyros there is halfway a small family run taverna in Nemea, called Danaos & Anastasis, which has very tasty food and most days has a BBQ with spit roast (especially delicious).

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful flat nestled in a serene environment surrounded by olive and fig trees. Michael and Kim went above and beyond, extending a warm welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay, from hotel level bed liniment, home made olive oil and biscuits to bicycles and car rides to bus station. The flat itself matched the pictures and was impeccable - spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Anna : maison très bien située à 3mn de plusieurs plages, jardin superbe pour se reposer. La barrière de la langue a un peu compliqué la communication mais Anna est charmante. Une maison à recommander !

It was a great pleasure to stay at Theofilos, delightful host, the place had everything we needed, beds were comfy, lovely , shower had strong water pressure, lovely view from the balcony, kids enjoyed playing on the half basketball court, just a few minutes away from city center with car, also easy by foot. Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Wir würden sogar sagen noch besser als auf den Bildern, wir waren begeistert. Die lokale Managerin hat uns zu dem Haus gebracht, was ziemlich ab vom Schuss an dem Küstenberghang ca. 30 Minuten von Kalamata weg zu finden war. Der Ausblick war atemberaubend, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Auch die beiden Pools waren sehr schön, Abends ist dann vor allem der Whirlpool viel genutzt worden. Die Zimmer waren alle Top. Manche hatten ein Queen-Size-Bett, manche waren ein Doppelbett mit einer kleinen Abtrennung in der Mitte. Außerdem hatte jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad und einen eigenen Balkon bzw Balkonzugang.

We loved our stay. The house was great for us, and the children loved the pool. We were really grateful to Adrian and his family for being so welcoming and helpful, sharing recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, taxis etc. Thanks so much!

וילה מדהימה, ברמה מאוד גבוהה. מלאה בכל מה שצריך מהמטבח, לחדרי השינה, מקלחות וכו׳. המאחרים היה נפלאים ונתנו מענה במה שהיה צריך. וילה נקיה ומסודרת. מאובזרת לחלוטין. אין שכנים מורגשים, ויש הרבה פרטיות באזור. ממליצים מאוד, אנחנו נחזור לשם בהזדמנות הראשונה.

בהתחלה היו לנו חששות להזמין את הנכס, בגלל שלא היו כמעט ביקורות, אבל זאת היתה הבחירה הטובה ביותר שעשינו!! החופשה אצל Manazil Mani היתה הטובה ביותר. מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה, Taha יצר איתנו קשר. ביום ההגעה Taha ביקש לדעת מתי נגיע. כשהגענו, הוא ואישתו קבלו את פנינו והסבירו לנו הכל על הנכס. הוילה יפיפה, נקייה ועם נוף מדהים! הבית מאובזר ברמה מאוד גבוה והם השאירו לנו המון פינוקים. גם הבריכה מאוד מפנקת ונקיה. כשהגענו הם נתנו לנו המון המלצות ושמחו לענות לנו כשביקשנו המלצות גם בהמשך. התקשורת איתם היתה מאוד נעימה. יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה. Stoupa מקסימה וכך גם כל הסביבה. מסעדות טובות, חופים יפים, מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט נוח. מומלץ מאוד!

Eine sehr schöne und bequeme Wohnung in einem Vorort von Argos. 2 Balkons, auf denen man, je nach Tageszeit, sitzen oder Mahlzeiten genießen kann. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die auch mit guten Tipps zur Verfügung stehen. Die Umgebung bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder Relaxen. Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

Beautiful house with spectacular views and a gorgeous pool which gradually warmed up as the week went on (April). Road to the house not too bad as long as you drive very slowly and you do get used to it. Village is walking distance (half an hour ) with small supermarket and restaurants. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped as we didn’t go out at night. Tom was very helpful by being at the house when we arrived and very communicative when needed. We would come again this is a really gorgeous unspoilt part of Greece.

The place is peaceful well equipped and located in a quiet and very nice area close to wonderful not-so-touristic beaches. If you like living in the nature in a private area (but still close to a big city in a few minutes drive), you like hiking, walking, camping and enjoying the countryside, then this is a place for you. Also Nico is a great host and willing to assist any of your requests. The last 150m of the road to get to the place are a bit tricky since it’s a rural road with quite a lot of puddles, but with an suv or even better a 4x4 it’s something doable. But it is just a small price you pay living in the heart of an olive grove.

House is right next to the sea (only 50m distance), clean with all required amenities needed by a family. Although we were not able to meet Leonidas in person, communication was excellent via AirBnB. We managed though to meet his parents, who treated us with the utmost hospitality. Strongly recommended for everyone who wishes to visit Archagellos and the surrounding areas.

We loved Lavender cottage set amongst beautiful trees in blossom with the only sounds of farm life to break the peace. The host was lovely and gave us free eggs, jams and citrus fruits on arrival. All of her decor touches and her generosity were greatly appreciated. All the best Clare

La maison était parfaite. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille, à 14 + un bébé, et nous nous sommes régalés. Le logement était propre, confortable et apaisant. Super séjour à Perdika. Seul petit bémol, l’absence de climatisation dans la chambre du sous-sol. Nous remercions Ioulia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour !

We had an amazing stay at Katerina’s lovely house. The village is charming and has excellent taverns. The weather was quite cold so we also spent a lot of time in the house which was super cosy and had a great fireplace to keep us warm. The kitchen is also very well equipped and nothing was missing to prepare food for the whole family. The area is very lovely, preserved from tourists with a lot of nature around. 100% recommended.

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

Είχαμε μια εξαιρετική και άνετη διαμονή. το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφο, με υπέροχη θέα και φτιαγμένο με πολύ ωραίο γούστο και μέτρο. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, δίπλα στον Μυστρά , πολύ κοντά στην Σπάρτη και σε άλλα γραφικά χωριά και ταβέρνες και ταυτόχρονα απομονωμένο και μέσα στην φύση. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ επικοινωνιακός και ευέλικτος. Τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τα δώρα του! μακάρι να έχουμε ξανά την ευκαιρία να επισκεφτούμε το κατάλυμα!

A fabulous place, with lovely rooms, great facilities, a sunny pool, sea and sunset views, and warm hosts. From the very friendly and helpful first greeting, the family made us feel right at home. We did a lot of cooking and loved eating meals on the balcony area outside the kitchen. Everything is simple, including parking. The bedroom is gorgeous, with views and a little balcony. Highly recommended place in wonderful Kardamyli.

Maison disposant de tout le matériel adéquat pour cuisiner, se reposer, laver ses affaires, etc. Très propre (literie, etc). Hôte accueillant et disponible. Terrasse très agréable. Correctement situé pour rayonner (en voiture) dans le sud du Péloponnèse.

This villa was absolutely stunning! It exceeded our expectations. As much as there was to do within 45 minute drive, it was hard to want to leave this property. We were fortunate to have rather good weather during our stay which allowed for breakfasts on the porch, dips in the pool (not heated but worth braving the chilly water even in March), picking lemons from the onsite trees to make our own homemade lemonade and enjoy magical sunsets for happy hour. The house was even larger than expected and provided such ample space for us all to spread out. The host is incredibly kind and responsive. We enjoyed movie nights in the basement "second house," and greatly appreciated having a washer and dryer. The only thing to note is there are quite a number of stairs to enter the main floor and a spiral staircase between the basement and the main floor (and the main floor and the second floor). We enjoyed cooking extensive meals in the kitchen and the neighborhood cats that greeted us.
