The studio is part of a bigger traditional old Stone house, fully renovated and with great view to the harbour. One reaches the houses in 10-15 minutes walk (and stairs) from the port depending on each person's pace. Hydra is amphitheatricaly built and there are a lot of cobble stone stairs around town and leading up to the house so ...not for everyone! new mandatory government fee has been introduced: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, amountingto €8 per night for short-term accommodations

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

The House at the Centre

The "House in the center of Hydra" is a two floor apartment, located less than a minute away from the port. Built during the 19th century but recently renovated and redecorated, it is the first year that it is available for rent. The house's original style was maintained and enhanced with contemporary decorative ideas, resulting in a simple and comfortable yet luxurious outcome.
