Quinta das Fontainhas. DOURO VALLEY is situated in the heart of the Douro Valley. Guests can enjoy the exclusive use of the entire property and the breathtaking scenery that will make for a unique and relaxing stay. The house, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, is the result of the reconstruction of a 19th century winery and offers the essential facilities for a peaceful holiday. There are two outdoor patios, a large stone table and a barbecue. The swimming pool is set in the vineyards.

A restored house with all the comforts you need for a wonderful retreat and/or get-together with family and friends. This house is located in an old abandoned village near the river with a beautiful little beach. If you enjoy being in contact with nature, this is the ideal place; you can find otters, many varieties of birds, etc. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. The gorgeously designed house is located in a generations old family property and derives from the reconstruction of an ancient haystack made of stone where rabbits were once bred - hence its name (“Casa dos Coelhos” stands for “House of the Rabbits” in Portuguese).
