The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. A living room with sofa, 4K TV, cable channels and Netflix, Rotel bluetooth sound system and mini bar with drinks available for guests. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

Recentemente restaurada, diferencia-se 2 zonas principais no interior do edificio, uma área social, e uma área reservada, de 5 suites.A escassos metros da praia, restaurantes, bares e para apreciadores de peixe, da Lota da Aguda pode fazer caminhadas pelos passadiços ou deslocar-se de comboio. Venha preparado para pouca rede de telemóvel e Wi-Fi lento, uma vez que o local é isolado. Por outro lado, o som da natureza ganha uma dimensão fantástica, a água do rio e os pássaros envolvem nos totalmente. O acesso é feito (nos últimos 500m) por caminho em terra e é necessário estar atento as indicações que lhe fornecemos para que não se perca.
