We had a great stay in Argostoli. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to everything in town. There are a ton of restaurants and shops within minutes. Check in was smooth and easy and the apartment was very clean.

Mirka is so kind, always with a smile on her face! Her apartment is just like we see on the site, with everything we need to feel like we were at home. House cleaning and change of sheets and towels every other day - that’s a plus!!! A walk distance to restaurants and market. Central localization in the island, easy to go everywhere!! We thoroughly recommend this accomodation! We will surely be back many more times!!! Thanks Mirka!!!

We had a wonderful stay hosted by a friendly and very helpful family. Our apartment was clean and serviced through our stay. There was always someone if we had a query or request. The hike up to the house wasn’t always fun in the heat but the view from the room, the swimming pool and the lovely host family made it completely worth it! We will be back : )

Отличное расположение, вдали от шума, до порта и остановки автобуса в аэропорт 10 минут, рядом есть место для купания. Квартира чистая, удобные кровати, чистое белье,в кухне минимум необходимое для приготовления еды. Хозяева всегда на связи, помогают советами. Цена соответствует качеству. Рекомендую.

Πολύ καλή η διαμονή μας!.Καθαρος χώρος με εξυπηρετικο οικοδεσπότη.Σε πολύ καλό σημείο στο νησί για να μπορέσεις να το γυρίσεις όλο.Πολύ κοντά στην πανέμορφη παραλία του Μύρτου και στο top αξιοθέατο Σπήλαιο της Μελισανης, και πολλές όμορφες τοποθεσίες της περιοχής το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

We had a fantastic 10 day stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed: great view, great shower, comfy beds and an excellent location for buses, bars and eats, whilst being quiet and peaceful. A HUGE plus was Logos pool bar being a very short walk away; like having your own pool! No charge to use ( apart from buying a drink) and no loud music or crowds- a total gem! plus a change of towels and sheets every few days was really appreciated

A lovely apartment overlooking the main street and the beach. Lots of little touches made the space feel more comfortable than most short stay apartments such as multiple adapters on power points, coffee machine with pods, some welcome drinks in the refrigerator and a mini library. Henriette made us very welcome and could not do enough for us. We were there at the end of the season but still a few restaurants, cafes and shops open within a few steps from the home. A particularly good bakery is just around the corner. You couldn't ask for a nicer place from which to explore Poros and surrounds.

Neofitos was very helpful and fast in responding. We got also some fruits and delicious greece food from him and his mother. The view from the appartment is great. You see some nice hills, the sea and the mountain.

"Le paradis de stefanos"!, vue magnifique, hôte chaleureux et généreux, nous recommandons vivement. L'huile d'olive de stefanos est succulente. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci

Beautiful location and beautiful house for our week stay. House is modern and clean and contains absolutely everything you need to be able to eat in. Has a dishwasher, washing machine and towels provided. Host is extremely responsive to messages ensuring that we had everything we needed and arranged things for us if needed, which was lovely. There was a beautiful black cat who often joined us in the lovely garden space and was such a friendly loving cat. The garden space is beautiful and a real sun trap equip with lots of seating and a charcoal bbq. We look forward to returning.

Ho soggiornato 2 settimane, è una casa incantevole, con ogni confort, e tante anche inaspettate! È un alloggio accogliente , sembra davvero di essere a casa propria. La parte esterna è, secondo me, il cuore di tutto l'appartamento: ampio, comodo, con un divanetto , sedie e tavolini da esterno ed un divano che all occorrenza è un vero e proprio letto....la sera, solitamente ventilata è il posto ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per le spiagge della splendida Cefalonia. La casa è situata in un posto strategico della piccola Poros, tutto è a portata di mano, dalle spiagge, ai ristorantini, al centro.È un posto che mi è piaciuto davvero tanto! Vana è un host gentile, premurosa e presente, pronta a soddisfare e a risolvere nell' immediato qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta. Lo consiglierei a chiunque volesse trascorrere le vacanze in un ambiente al top!

Everything about Cottage by the Sea is special, from Kia (the owner) to the location, the surroundings, the house, neighbours - EVERYTHING! The house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, lacking nothing. The aircons were a saving grace! The beach is on your doorstep. And Atheras beach is simply stunning, hugged between two hills and the landmark rocky island in the middle of the entrance to the bay. We had 4 blissful weeks in Kia's house as a family of 5. The sea, sun and peace did wonders for our wellbeing. Really enjoyed the lemons and grapes from the garden. Oh, and the goats! Ethos, Pathos and Logos visited almost everyday (destroying Kia's beautiful Delicious Monsters, no less) but they were a special feature and lingers in our memories. A special mention to Makis, who took us out on his fishing boat for a day to other beaches close by. Kia is a warm, efficient host, non-intrusive and yet anticipating every need of her guests. Highly recommend!! We'll come again.

Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό με υπέροχη θέα! Η τοποθεσία του ήταν εξαιρετική καθώς βρίσκεται στην πιο ήσυχη πλευρά του κόλπου, με όλα τα αναγκαία καταστήματα σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών!

Nous avons adoré notre semaine chez Emmanouella. La maison etait encore plus belle que sur les photos. Les arbres fruitiers et le petit jardins nous a comblé. La vue etait magnifique et notre bébé a aimé jouer avec les nombreux jouet sur place. La cuisine est tres bien équipé. Nous avons été 2 mois en Grece et c’est vraiment une des maisons que nous avons préférées. Nous nous y sentions comme a la maison.

We had a great time with Stavros and Sofia. The place is beautiful. The views over the sea on the terrasse are stunning. It felt very private, nontheless Stavros was always close for any requests (for example, providing an umbrella for the beach). The apartment was very adequate and we spent great 9 nights here. There are great beaches nearby (although you need a car), and its a good base to explore the island. An absolute gem and we would fully recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Αγγελική's place in Sami! The accommodation was small but cozy and very clean, perfect for our needs. Sami is a lovely town with a good selection of restaurants and cafes. Αγγελική was a very attentive and friendly host, always ready to help. We highly recommend staying here!

great view, beautiful garden with BBQ, private parking, air-conditioning in all rooms (though we never used them cause it always had a nice breeze). Dionysis was a great host and the place overlooks the bay, and it's 5mins from Argostoli town.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη είναι τα πάντα δίπλα και μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ με τα πόδια και δεν χρειαζρυε αυτοκίνητο .Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική μας εξυπηρετούσε σε όλα !!! Όποτε πήραμε τηλεφωνο αμέσως απαντούσε και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι θέλαμε !! Μου έδωσε και μια πολύ ωραία μαρμελάδα που είχε φτιάξει πραγματικά υπέροχη Κυρία !! Θα ήθελα να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα !!!

Absolutely faultless experience ! We've been very lucky with the hosts that we have met and Stavros was one of the best. Supremely communicative in advance, and extremely very warm and friendly on arrival. The apartment is perfect, and exactly as described, if not better. Stavros was kind enough to recommend some great local restaurants and even offered to take us to the local supermarket before our car arrived for which we were very grateful. Stavros's welcome combined with the beautiful apartment and lovely pool made us wish we could have stayed longer and if we get the chance we will come back. If it was possible to give more that five stars we would - thanks Stavros !

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home. It’s clear the hosts truly care and go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone, including families — you’ll feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of in this lovely home. Had a great stay at the apartment which was cosy and offered everything needed for a calm relax stay. Everything in close walking distance yet quiet and beautiful view. The host was great. Even changed the linen and towels during the stay. Thank you so much.
