An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Asciano Pisano si trova sui Monti Pisani ai piedi di un area naturale protetta denominata "La Valle delle Fonti", anche conosciuta come Via delle Fonti. Il nome deriva dalla presenza, lungo il percorso che sale al monte, di numerose fonti dalle quali si dirama l'antico acquedotto mediceo pisano. Il paese si trova a 10 minuti dal centro di Pisa, 20 minuti dal centro di Lucca e 1 ora da Firenze.
